  i was a customer renting for the first time for a very special occasion, and this gentleman named Conner shout out to him!, helped me tremendously and with patience, he understood my needs and helped me. Very sweet guy very clear on communication and very good spirit. I definitely recommend asking for him when renting with enterprise, 5 big booms

  Always efficient, always courteous, always helpful, always friendly, always have my car, always fast, never make me feel pressured to purchase services I don't need or want. We always use Enterprise!

  I’ll never use Enterprise again. Wife and I called to make sure our reservation was all good to go. We got confirmation from customer service that we would only need our debit card since we lived in Indiana. Got to Indianapolis Airport and was told we need not only a credit card to use but had to be almost $700 for them to hold. It was just an all around horrible experience with them. I don’t know where there communication went from both places saying different things and we were not prepared to not have a ride. As it was 8:30pm on a Sunday night so a lot was closed. Ended up getting an expensive Uber right.

  Completely disappointed with Enterprise I have had a reservation for a month booked with them. I called them in the morning before my fight got in to make sure everything was good to go. I asked them if I needed a credit card bc my debit card online wasn’t working. I was reassured by customer service I didn’t need a credit card a debit card would work. My plane got in from Fort Lauderdale at 8:30 went to pick up the van I rented for our family of 6 to drive home to Fort Wayne Indiana in an was told I was unable to rent the vehicle due to us not having a credited card. We were then all stranded with no way home. Having to pay an uber driver to bring us all the way to Fort Wayne for $409 all because I was told one thing and another person then tells me something different. I will never use enterprise again. Being stranded at an airport with my children a family all because I didn’t have a credit card.

  This was my second experience using Enterprise and I have no complaints. The service was amazing from the beginning with a young lady named Andrea who I think is the manager at the enterprise Airport in Indy she welcomed me with respect and was quick to process my request to get me going and when returning the vehicle back we were greeted by two young ladies Shantell and Bree who made the process quick and efficient and made it a point to acknowledge any concerns that we had which we didn’t have any and it was just an overall great experience thank you thank you all for making the experience stressless for us to get to our son’s graduation from Boot Camp so easy so painless and very efficient….
