    I have used Enterprise in several different cities, so this review is specifically for the Indianapolis International Airport location and the service I received there. I was extremely pressed for time, so I reserved my vehicle online and prepaid in advance to make the pickup process as quick as possible. In every other city where I have used Enterprise, picking up a reserved vehicle has been quick, simple, and straightforward. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. When I arrived, I only went to the service desk to ask where I needed to go to pick up my reserved vehicle. Instead of simply answering that question, Tyler proceeded to reread the entire list of extra offerings, even though I had already selected my options online. I specifically told him that I had already reviewed those options and did not need to hear the full list again. Despite that, he continued anyway. That was extremely frustrating. I felt ignored, unheard, and disrespected as a customer. I was already under time pressure, and Tyler unnecessarily wasted more of my time by continuing to go through information I had already declined to revisit. All I needed was a simple direction on where to pick up the car. If not for the positive experiences I have had with Enterprise in the past, this interaction would have been enough to make me reconsider using Enterprise again. Tyler’s service was annoying, frustrating, and completely failed to recognize what I was actually asking for. Tyler, listening is an important part of customer service. When a customer tells you they have already reviewed something and only need help with one specific question, listen to the words coming out of their mouth.

    I was a little nervous when going to drop off my rental, as I had never returned a rental car at the airport. Thankfully, there was plenty of signs to direct where to park the rental, and a few staff were around to help me return the car without any issues. Very helpful and friendly! Thank you!!

    EDITED. Giving 1 star to Enterprise for it's shitty policies and procedures. Absolutely horrendous and probably illegal on some level. However, I am giving 5 STARS to Amber, Jack, Julie, and Eric for being good enough to help and make things right. These employees are better than the company they work for and I appreciate their efforts.

    Trato buenísimo, no pusieron problemas a la hora de devolver el coche (en cuanto a la fianza), pero antes de que me pudiera ir y cerrarán el alquiler del coche me cobraron una tasa de 65$ por el hecho de ser conductor joven (tengo 22 años). Me molestó el hecho de haber sido atendido el primer día que alquilé el coche por 3 personas distintas y ninguna de ellas mencionara esa tasa. Ya que hubiera alquilado el coche igual, pero creo que esatas cosas hay que comubnicarlas al cliente
