  This was our first time renting a vehicle and enterprise at west Washington street in Indianapolis, Indiana made it so easy. They even gave us a free upgrade!

  The branch manager was very considerate and went out of his way to accommodate us on a very tough day. Appreciate everything he did to enable us to get a vehicle that fit our needs.

  Tall long curly hair gentlemen ( sorry Im bad with names) gave us thorough, informative, patient, and professional service during the check-out/ check-in stages. And as a senior citizen, I appreciated it10 out of 10 definitely!:)

  Awesome experience..customer service was great vehicle was very clean and taken care of and the price was better than anyone else..Definately recommend them and I will use them again in the future
