  Enterprise is a great company to rent a car from. They are extremely helpful and make your experience with them a pleasant one.

  No matter what the guy says about the car check the car carefully. The guy rushed around the car and told me it was new and no need to really check it. It had 80 miles when I left. I have pics to prove it. Then when I took it back they found a dent in the back. Asked me for money upfront without taking it to get an estimated. With the color of the car u really had to look hard to find it. Then they said it had 55 miles when I left. So thats an extra 25 miles on that car unaccounted for and a dent that I had no clue about. And they immediately went to that dent after me having that car for 3 weeks and not noticing it. Maybe someone did hit it when I had it but they were extremely rude about the whole situation. Especially since I was only there because my car got totaled and the other person insurance company paid for the car.

  Very polite and helpful if you need a rental Staff is polite and the cars are nice, clean, and dependable

  Booked thru Trimedx company's app for a full-size suv never had a problem with enterprise till I got here not only did I not get what I booked for I got a supposed to be premium vehicle volkswagen atlas which the gas pedal becomes unresponsive at certain times doesn't drive good or feel premium. They also upped my original pay to the premium pay when I was told I'd have the same rate and givin the run around of false promises for a full size suv when they've had some on their lot they'd tell me they already rented them out and would contact me when available and they never did just annoyed at this point will not rent here again. I'd rather rent from a different company at this point instead of 2 months of renting a crappy vehicle.

  I absolutely love this Enterprise branch! Everyone here is understanding, professional, and always willing to help. It’s very easy to get in contact with someone whenever I need assistance. I’ve worked with everyone at this location, and every experience has been amazing. They always provide excellent customer service and make the rental process smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend this branch!
