  This location has the nicest employees who go above and beyond for their customers. They remained professional the whole time and dropped me off at work after I returned the rental car.

  It was a nightmare nobody was in the office for an hour while I stood outside. The phones would ring and ring and ring, and I would be on hold for 30 minutes or more. It was impossible to communicate with the staff, and the selection of vehicles was horrible. I really liked Lila And I could tell that she was frustrated with the lack of assistance from enterprise corporate. She deserves a raise, but it was a terrible experience.

  Reserved a car, paid for an uber to get to the location. Upon arriving at my pickup time they said they don’t have any cars. Andrew was no help and even hung up on me after I asked him to cancel my order. No one could have notified me before I paid money to come? I reserved yesterday, it’s not like it was last minute. Now I have to pay for a ride back too! This is utterly ridiculous
