  (UPDATE: After contacting customer service the store reached out and installed new sensors and valve stems that were the same length as the original equipment. Much appreciated for the quick response to my request.) Do not use these guys if you have a tire pressure sensor that goes bad. When they put the new sensor on the valve stem is shorter than OE and you cannot air your tires up at most gas stations because the stem is not long enough. The service rep said that was gas station's fault, not theirs. All I know is I could air my tires up at any gas station before they replaced the sensors, now I can't. Some might call that their fault.

  Paid for an Oil Change, Oil Filter Was Never Replaced I normally change my own oil, but I was busy and decided to pay for the convenience of having it done here. The service cost $95, which seemed expensive, but I didn't have the time to do it myself. About 3,000 miles later, I changed the oil myself and discovered the oil filter had never been replaced. If I hadn't done the work personally, I never would have known. It's disappointing to pay that much money and find out the job wasn't completed properly. Needless to say, I won't be returning. Make sure to verify the work before leaving.

  Got all four tires replaced at the end of November. Drove very minimally for a month and a half then drove my normal route to work. Two of the four tires have had to be replaced. One was completely blown out. Had all 4 tires rotated, inspected and balance on May 8th. 2 1/2 weeks later The second tire completely blew out on the side of the highway. The technician said it was due to a hole in the tire that “must have happened” in the last 2 1/2 weeks. This is based on the assumption that when my tires were rotated and balanced, something was not missed. I got that tire replaced with a slightly better quality. Overall, I will never get Westlake tires again. I also feel the quality of service at the Belle tire locations does not match the quality at other tire places. My car is (and has been) very wobbly so I will have to return for a 3rd time in 5 months.

  Called to get a nail in tire fixed that was under warranty. They said to come in any time. Get there and they are talking about a 3 -;4 hour wait to literally do a 10 minute job. If they had said so when I called I would have went to one of the other shops along my way back home. Will be taking my business elsewhere that treats return customers with warranty issues like we matter. Zero reason to take more than 30 minutes to have tire warranty fix done no matter how busy. Will go spend my thousand plus a year on service at another company.
