  I am quietly enraged and honestly am in disbelief that this company decided to follow through with an incredible scam. Perhaps because I'm a woman or maybe old? This company gave me a quote, unsolicited, for front brake repair that amounted to $1,528.82. This was in response to the same complaint that I had with an intermittent, unidentified noise in the rear the last 3 times I've had my car in for oil changes and tire rotation. (which is often because I drive Uber). Each time I was told that everything looked good and checked out ok. This time however, after waiting 2 hours for an oil change that I had a scheduled appointment for, the mechanic took my car for a test run which I didn't ask for especially because it was so late. David Devries decided to give me a quote which I also had to wait for before I could pay and get my car. The quote claimed that the pads were worn out, rotors were warped, caliper pistons were making noise and the calipers needed replacement as well. My heart sank at the news and the price. I took my car elsewhere and paid for a brake inspection. The mechanic bought me out to look at my car when the wheels were off because he could find nothing wrong and showed me the brake pads, rotors and calipers. They literally looked pristine. No wear, no warping, no grease leaking, etc. They did find that I will soon need new tires which I fully suspected. One tire has a nail that is in a place unrepairable. The strange this is that it appears that either the tires have not been rotated regularly or allignment is off. The allignment is not off and I include a rotation on every oil change and pay for it to be done. I guess I can draw my own conclusion. Right?

  My wife got her brakes done was not in terrible condition was just time. So they put a defective rotor on and she ended up going back 3 times saying something was wrong. They kept telling her nothing was wrong. Nobody just goes 3X for no reason. Now here we are a few months later and her brake calibers are messed up and her front tires are bare. They were good tires! And they don’t want to be honest and say that they screwed up! And are actually trying to charge! So I can only foresee court proceedings! Don’t get screwed over as well! You have been warned!

  Belle Tire was a great experience on taking care of my alignment on my 2023 Kia so much cheaper than the dealership had quoted me they had me come in checked everything over the price was amazing and it took no time at all. It was a pleasure working with him, and I look forward to having them help me taking care of my vehicle in the future.

  The tire service I received was excellent. I did not have an appointment but this Belle tire location made sure they got my tire problem taken care of within a couple of hours.The workers were courteous and informed me about the work. Thank you for great service!
