  I made a new tire appt for the upcoming weekend. During that wait period I started to experience what sounded to me was brake pad noise. At that point I parked the car and used another until I could make my appointment. I get to my appt and speak with Paul. I attempt to bring awareness to the potential brake noise issue and where I may or may not stand as far as a repair. If the repair was too costly I would just retire my old 2009 and go look at buying a replacement. Paul not only changes the subject back to the tire appt but also informs me that rotors now "come with" the pads. Paul went on regurgitating to me the spoon-fed info he was given regarding how rotors must be changed for safety because millimeters of the pad get worn down and the new brake pads don't completely settle against the rotor as there suppose to. Paul heard me say "I parked the car as soon as I heard what I thought to be brake noise" Through my 50yrs on this planet and personally doing many brake and rotor changes I can confidentially say that parking a vehicle as soon as you hear brake noise will 9x out of 10 avoid new rotors. So Paul took the opportunity to tell me that rotors "come with" brake pads. Such odd language don't you think?! Paul at this point thinks I am a broke idiot and changes the subject back to the tire and tells me the tire is only $110. He is indirectly saying that I am broke because I may not go with the brake repair. At this point Paul is desperately trying to lead the conversation. I let Paul know that I am the customer and what he is talking about is irrelevant to the brake noise issue. I tell Paul I want to speak with someone else. Paul quiets down and pretends to care. Ultimately, the phone rings and Paul takes the call as he tells me we will contact with what we find out. I wasn't finished speaking, but okay. What should I make of this experience?? I think we know. If you walk-in to Belle Tire as someone who trusts anything a company like Paul tells you, prepare to be taken advantage of. It's this Suckerism companies strive on. I highly recommend A1 Auto that is a couple blocks just east of 82nd street on the southside of the road. A1 is the total opposite of Belle Tire.

  Been getting my tires here for about 5 years now. I will never go anywhere else. The service is impeccable, the staff is friendly and professional, and they always go out of their way to explain things to you. Prices are very reasonable, and I always feel safe in my car leaving their shop. Thank you all for your wonderful work.

  went for new tires and it turned into a nightmare. Place is not really concerned with accountability. Not deserving of a 1 star since the tires made it on the vehicle but probably worth it to just go to Costco across the street or a different location.

  Had them replace a tpms sensor about a month ago. They replaced it for relatively cheap, but their handiwork reflected that price. The sensor, two weeks after getting it replaced by this shop, started bouncing around in my tire and now it’s broken again. I’m getting a different shop to fix this issue tomorrow.

  These guys were fantastic and really helped me get a full set of tires installed. They had one tire that was out of stock but was at another location and were able to get that moved over to their store quickly and I didn't have to wait for them to do that. I was able to go home and they called me to come back and got it all done while I was there. I do suggest that if you need some things done you will be waiting a couple of hours for it to get finished. Making an appointment would help but having somebody take you elsewhere and come back once it's done so you're not sitting there for too long is the smartest thing to do
