  Belle Tire will forever have my business. They have serviced many of our vehicles, and even worked with us after spending thousands at a local mechanic only to find the issue was not properly repaired. Most importantly is their customer service. CLARENCE deserves employee of the year. Over the years we’ve had small conversations about our children and college ect… today I brought my daughters friend in because her tires were absolutely horrible and she was driving a long distance to college. I asked him to do a safety check and report back. The car is old, but all she can afford, so I wanted to make sure it was safe to drive. Needless to say it was not, and due to damage on rear hub they could not replace the tires without replacing that part first. He then explained her brakes had been unsafe for quite a while. We were looking at $1300 to repair everything and replace the tires. I explained to Clarence that my daughter’s friend is going to college full time, and working to pay for it, and I could not afford to cover the repairs when I had budgeted $400 for tires. Taking all this into consideration, he called me back and said he could not, in good conscience, let her drive on those brakes and that Belle Tire is a business that values its customers and community. Because of this, he replaced her brakes at no cost. This is the true definition of community service, Thank you Belle Tire and God Bless you Clarence.

  Came in the door @ 9:45am and there wasn’t ANYONE sitting in the lobby. Clarance and the other guy working at the counter, just kept typing away. Whatever they were doing didn’t acknowledge me till I walked up in front of Clarance and he finished what he was typing, and then looked at me, which I assumed meant to give him the phone number. As he was typing my stuff in a young man walked in that had an appointment for four tires, and the other guy helped him which makes perfect sense, he had an appointment. I AM STILL SITTING IN THE LOBBY @ 11:02!!!! My vehicle is STILL SITTING IN THE PARKING SPACE I PULLED INTO!!!! When I hit the hour mark I walked up and asked about how much longer it was gonna be and they said I was next and it’s been another 10 minutes after that. Not a single vehicle (of the 2) has left the bays. My vehicle hasn’t moved. This place is a complete joke! ZERO customer service! The funniest, or saddest part is, I was reading the comments about how they trick people and the CV joints and other things that they McKinney don’t need and one of them was on the phone doing just that to a customer over the phone, trying to convince them of a huge repair that I bet they don’t even need!!!

  Just got 2 new tires today and definitely going back in a couple weeks to get 2 more!! Got me in and out in no time!! Awesome customer service from Franklin!

  I called to see if they had a long wait time they did not so I went there waiting for a little bit they got me in and I was out

  Of course you are sorry. Because your team would rather talk about who is the fastest tire changers and who gets that $1000 and all expenses paid to Detroit!
