  My experiences here have been pretty mixed. On one hand, I’ve had times where the staff were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, quickly identifying the exact part I needed and even assisting with things like battery testing. It’s definitely my go-to for convenience when I need something for a quick repair.

  I went to AutoZone today to ask for help with a purchase, and the experience was very upsetting. The employee who assisted us was extremely disrespectful toward me and the friends I was with. When I politely asked to speak with a manager about the situation, he told me that he was the manager and said he could “do whatever he wants.” He then told me to “get out of his desk” in a rude and aggressive manner. I came to the store simply asking for assistance, not to be treated with disrespect or discrimination. No customer should feel humiliated, unwelcome, or targeted while trying to shop. I believe customer service should be professional and respectful to everyone, regardless of their background. I hope AutoZone management reviews this situation seriously because this behavior was unacceptable and does not represent how customers should be treated.
