  I went to AutoZone today to ask for help with a purchase, and the experience was very upsetting. The employee who assisted us was extremely disrespectful toward me and the friends I was with. When I politely asked to speak with a manager about the situation, he told me that he was the manager and said he could “do whatever he wants.” He then told me to “get out of his desk” in a rude and aggressive manner. I came to the store simply asking for assistance, not to be treated with disrespect or discrimination. No customer should feel humiliated, unwelcome, or targeted while trying to shop. I believe customer service should be professional and respectful to everyone, regardless of their background. I hope AutoZone management reviews this situation seriously because this behavior was unacceptable and does not represent how customers should be treated.

  An online purchase for pick up was placed at 10:30 in the morning, an employee verified the part was there over the phone before the order was placed. Arriving after 6 pm for pickup, they said they didn't have the order or part. Tried to offer a refund and say they couldn't do anything. The manager on duty was pushy and very rude. The young man finally checked the shelf and the part was there. They never pulled the order. They didn't check the shelf before telling me it wasn't there and they couldn't help me. Not encouraging and I'll be using other auto stores whenever possible.

  even though I got the right parts, at first they tried to sell me the more expensive version without asking me first. Then when I mentioned the lower cost one, I was brought out 2 by different manufacturers... I thought this was strange...
