AutoZone Review I had a very disappointing experience at AutoZone. I went in to purchase some valve caps and noticed they were marked with a sale price. I took them to the register, and when they rang up at the regular price, I showed the cashier exactly where I found them. The cashier, who identified herself as a manager, told me the items had been placed in the wrong spot and that she could not honor the displayed price. I explained that I did not put the items there—I simply selected them from the location where they were displayed—and asked if they could honor the price I saw. She told me she could not override it because she could get fired for doing so and that I would have to wait until the store manager came in. What made the situation even more frustrating was the lack of concern or willingness to find a reasonable solution. I understand that pricing errors can happen, but customers should not be inconvenienced because an item was incorrectly placed on the sales floor. As a manager, I expected her to at least make an effort to resolve the situation rather than simply dismissing my concern. Overall, the experience felt inconsiderate and left me feeling like my business was not valued. I hope AutoZone provides better guidance to its management team on how to handle pricing discrepancies and customer concerns professionally.

Don’t put mobile orders here They take over 3hours to pick items and when I go pick them up they are out of stock and I’m now stuck with going to another location. Waste of time and gas
