    I i’ve been a customer of AutoZone for over 30 years. I brought my brake pads in for a warranty. I have a lifetime warranty, but I need it also by a rotor because one side had wore all the way down and dug grooves in my rotor, and there was no part of the pad left. I only had the one side. The manager Ryan told me that he could only give me half the pads or I can purchase new ones even though I was buying an $80 rotor from these guys clearly if you look at the stock market, you will see that O’Reilly is getting ready to take over AutoZone for total sales and growth. There’s a reason why AutoZone is starting to lose poor customer service and lying about their warranties.

    I came to this location to get my battery charged. My car has a cover over the battery and I was told I’d have to take the cover off myself after the young worker went to check with the manager. She goes back inside to get the stuff to charge the battery I’m assuming while I was taking the cover off. She then says I’m so sorry my manager says you would have to take it out (the battery) and bring it in to be charged. She was super apologetic and honestly didn’t look as if what she was told to tell me was even true. I saw the manager. So I doubt that was the reason. I went right up the street to US 31 and they didn’t say that and they actually helped. Sure if I looked like him he would’ve helped.
