  The Alamo at the Indianapolis airport is fantastic. I have rented several vehicles with them after I quit using Budget. I have had nothing but easy seamless experiences. Walk directly to the garage, get my car and leave. That’s what I value most. This time Jon greeted me and got me on my way quickly. A+++

  I received a great rate via 3rd party which I always use. Check in and out was a breeze it is typical with all rental companies at the airport One thing has nothing to do with Alamo that truck had a slow leak I had to put air in the tire. A refund was kindly offered and I declined

  I liked the way Alamo handled my tire that had a nail in it. It was easy to go to Enterprise (they're the same company) and get a new rental instead of going all the way to the airport

  Jon B was incredible! Could not have asked for a kinder, more helpful gentleman. As long as Jon B is working at Alamo, I won’t go anywhere else in Indy for a rental!

  I wanted to take a moment to recognize Zachary Leonard, Station Manager at the Alamo location at Indianapolis International Airport, for providing truly exceptional customer service. During our rental, our travel plans changed and we needed to return our vehicle to Chicago Midway instead of Indianapolis. When we initially contacted customer service, we were told the change would result in a very large additional one-way fee. We were extremely concerned about the unexpected cost. After our situation was brought to Mr. Leonard’s attention, he went above and beyond to help us. He took the time to review our rental and ultimately assisted us with lowering the fees drastically that was associated with changing our return location. His professionalism, understanding, and willingness to help made what could have been a very stressful situation so much easier. Customer service like this is exactly what keeps customers coming back. We are incredibly appreciative of the way Mr. Leonard handled everything and made us feel like valued Alamo customers. Thank you, Zachary, for going above and beyond! Alamo is fortunate to have you representing the company and leading the Indianapolis Airport location. We will absolutely consider Alamo first for our future rental needs because of this experience.
