  I rented my car at the Indy airport and I can only tell you that I had such a wonderful experience from how fast I was in and out of there all the way to how nice the staff was. This was customer service at its finest ESPECIALLY on a holiday weekend at that. I’ve been to other rental places and not received service where I have felt so appreciated so HATS OFF ALAMO TO YOU AND YOUR STAFF A BIG THANK YOU.

  Im so thankful for the amazing service! They were easy to get ahold of before my rental date. Fixed the date with NO PROBLEM ,QUICKKKK AND EFFICIENT! This was my 4th year with a different rental company every year and Alamo didn't let me down like all the others! I will be using them next year and every year after! Thank You Alamo!

  I told the guy we dropped the rental off to as well. Our vehicles oil change light popped on with almost 1k+ miles left to go. Wish an oil change was spotted before we took it off the lot. We were only day 2 into our trip. The brakes definitely needed done or some tightening. But over all it was a smooth ride and fit us and all of our luggage.

  We specifically reserved a Jeep Wrangler for our trip. When we arrived, we were told that no Wranglers were available. While I understand that inventory issues can occur, I was disappointed that the vehicle we reserved was not available. The representative then offered us what was described as a “free upgrade” and placed us in a Nissan Pathfinder. However, when we checked out, another employee adjusted our quote because the Pathfinder was actually a lower-priced rental class. This left us feeling that the replacement vehicle had been misrepresented as an upgrade when it was not. My concerns are: 1. The vehicle we specifically reserved was not available. A Jeep Wrangler offers a very different driving experience than a standard SUV, which is why we selected it. 2. The replacement vehicle was presented as a free upgrade, but was later identified as a less expensive rental class. 3. When a reserved vehicle class is unavailable, I believe a true upgrade should be offered at no additional cost as a service recovery measure. The staff members were courteous, but the overall experience was disappointing because we did not receive the vehicle we reserved and the substitute vehicle was inaccurately described as an upgrade. Of note, the car we received was clean and in excellent working order.
