  I had rented my car at least 3 weeks prior to needing it. I scheduled my pick up time for 4:30pm, and received a text message from Chance at 3p stating that they did not have a car for me. I immediately called and said that I needed a car due to leaving for vacation the next morning, and that I would even drive to another town to pick one up if need be. After getting no answers, I went to Enterprise at 4:30. Chance had little to no solutions in regards to obtaining a vehicle. He claimed that one car had been extended, and the other had been returned damaged. I explained this was not acceptable, and that I would be getting a car. He was only providing excuses, absolutely no solutions. He THEN reached out to the Illinois Road location and stated they had a car for me. Why was this not resolved the moment Chance knew he would not be able to provide me a car? Not only did it add so much unnecessary stress, it completely threw off the rest of my night in regards to plans and needing to finish packing for vacation. Not to mention, I work 5 minutes from the Fort Wayne location! So I left work early to pick it up, then ended up just having to drive back from where I had just left. We did end up getting a car from Fort Wayne at the Lawrence Road location, and the man there was phenomenal and very apologetic of our poor experience in Huntington.

  Renting a car online and dropping off after hours was a breeze in Huntington, IN. From the arriving to the location to dropping the vehicle back off was smooth as can be. Customer service was great and the trip was too. Will rent again in the future for sure Thank You!

  I rented a minivan from Enterprise for a week. It was super affordable, and the van ran great. It was comfortable and roomy enough for me and my 5 kids. 10/10 would definitely rent from Enterprise again.

  The enterprise location in Huntington Indiana has to be the best car rental location I have even seen! They were all kind and able to help with any needs I had. This location is hands down a model location!
