  I went into the Highland Tire Barn thinking that i needed tires, brakes and an oil change. Jerry surprised me with "brakes were fine" and I didn't need them after all. Thanks for being honest with me. Highly recommend!!

  I blew a tire on the highway and stopped by to see if they could put a new tire on to replace my spare. Not only did they have the exact tire in stock, but they got me in and out in a reasonable amount of time. Very friendly and helpful staff.

  Love my new tires, but HATE DISHONEST BUSINESS. After spending $1100 on new tires, Tire Barn returned my car misaligned even though they claim to check your alignment for free. Bring it back for a second time (all day), Tire Barn says "my front left ball joint is bad" wanted over $600 and 2 days in the shop. I checked upper and lower ball joints and they were fine. Took it to Coopers Garage they agreed the ball joints were fine and did the alignment. Never will go back to the Tire Barn in Highland.

  Super slow. Have been to the shop 3 times ina week. First I got new tires which come with an alignment and that’s where the problems started. So I get tires and wait all shift for an alignment. Shop closes so I come back and Drop my truck off right when they open the following day and don’t get it back till the shop is closing. Still no alignment. Here I am third time in a week trying to get just an alignment and it still takes them 8 hours to get that done. Will not be going back.

  I just called them again and at first they said around 12 now they're telling me not till 2 and I had to cancel my doctor's appointment for this and they are not honest at all at first it was supposed to be at 9 am and then when I went in there no tires THEY DIDN'T ORDER THEM NOTHING 😑 I FELT STUPID AND WORTHLESS MY TIME IS JUST HAS IMPORTANT TO THEM AND ALL THEY SAID WAS SORRY SORRY FOR WHAT FOR MAKING ME FEEL LIKE A JERK AND THEN THEY HUNG UP ON ME AND I KNOW IT DOESN'T BOTHER THEM ABOUT NOT BEING HONEST OR FAIR TO THE CUSTOMER SO DON'T GO THERE 😔 😢
