  Terrible customer service and flat-out dishonest information. I called this location to see about getting a flat tire patched, and the employee who answered refused to help, claiming they "only patch tires that are under warranty from Tire Barn."I explicitly asked what the prices would be to just pay for the repair out of pocket, but they neglected to even offer a paid repair option and completely shut me down. This is completely false. Tire Barn is a major chain that offers standard tire repair services to the general public for a fee. Either the staff is incredibly poorly trained, or they are intentionally lying to customers over the phone to avoid doing basic work.If you want honest service and employees who actually know their own company policies, save yourself the frustration and call somewhere else like Discount Tire or Firestone. I will definitely not be giving this location my business.

  My family and I went in for tires and an oil change. Rip helped us out and was very helpful. He answered all my questions thoroughly and honestly. Appreciate the help!

  Customer service really sucks you sit there and you wait for 5 hours or more they have you come back day after day and then when you do come back you sit there for hours and they are very rude under New Management this Tire Barn is located in Highland not recommend it if you don't want to wait forever bad management seriously not recommend.
