  Excellent family friendly service. Jake is the MAN. He understands community and how to treat people. The entire staff is so Awesome. Truly the best

  STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION, worst experience EVER!! Manager and employees won’t take you seriously. Had a reservation 2 months in advance and got my reservation cancelled 2 days before my pickup day. No one gave an explanation. I called corp and they couldn’t help either. Been using enterprise for years and this is how they treat their customers.

  THE HIGHLAND ENTERPRISE STAFF IS HORRIBLE! Management included! Horrible communication! I was being charged EVERY WEEK! Sometimes TWICE a week and my $300 DEPOSIT was some how took. I HAVE NEVER SMOKED IN THE CAR. NEVER GOT ANY TICKETS OR PULLED OVER IN THE CAR GOT THE CAR CLEANED AND FILLED IT UP EVEN THOUGH WHEN I GOT IT IT WAS NOT FILLED UP. Just horrible over all and i will never be renting again from you all. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE highly do NOT RECOMMEND EVER
