    Great customer service, very helpful, I went there a month ago I don’t remember the guys name but he was a older Puerto Rican guy he was very helpful and admired that he spoke Spanish to the customers that didnt speak English, God bless him.

    2017 Hyundai accent alternator So I bought an alternator from this place around April lasted me for a month. It started overcharging the battery at 18v I was told it was normal. Clearly they don’t I’m a ASE mechanic. I said no it’s not normal it was the voltage regulator going out. The cashier didn’t have a clue what that was, so they tested it and said yea it was a bad part. I got it swapped out and that part only lasted for a week since it started to not charge the battery. I conducted a AC ripple test with my picoscope and a voltage drop test. What do you know the part was faulty. I went today and they tested it again, clearly they don’t know parts can malfunction intermittently. A lady with tattoo eyebrows said yea the part is good. I said that was incorrect and she stated that she’s been doing this for 20years I guess she hasn’t been wrong yet and was overly confident that a load test on the part can be a reliable test. I took it to another AutoZone and their test came out bad. These are salespeople not mechanics. They don’t have any special training to verify their diagnosis. Again “part sellers“. To the lady with the tattoo eyebrows, I got my part swapped out. What a joke this place is, also here’s a wiring diagram, pretty easy to understand maybe they can’t understand it and here’s a good AC ripple test with the alternator. Shoutout to Bri at the other autozone
