  I went in about two weeks ago with my mom to pick up a part, and Landon was fantastic! We showed him the part we needed, and he made sure we had everything we needed before leaving. We accidentally picked up the wrong side, which was no fault of Landon’s since we had shown him a picture, but he happily exchanged it for us. There were a few computer issues during the process, but he never let them affect his attitude. He remained helpful, patient, and positive the entire time. His excellent customer service and willingness to help made the experience a great one. Thank you, Landon, for going above and beyond!

  Highly suggest not coming to this location at all, I would go to oreily next door. I am a manager at Burger King and I had an employee that came in because her car battery died to try and do a loan service. She was told no and was told she would have to wait for another employee to take her to charge her battery. During this time the other employee was helping another customer while also being bombarded by his coworker telling him to do other request on top of having her wait. Completely unprofessional and a waste of time. But Oreily helped out so quick. Highly suggest not going to this location!

  AutoZone Griffith, IN came through in a big way for me and my friend whose motorcycle battery failed. They stayed after closing to allow us time to pick up a replacement so he could make it home! Thx!

  I came to autozone looking for them to replace my battery that was covered under warranty. The store parts manager told me she was unable to take out my battery due to my car needing a computer reset for a new one. So I asked her to just charge the old one so I won’t be stranded as I drive to the next place to help. She still said no that I needed a computer reset still. I’ve never had this issue out of ANY autozone, the women there were very UNHELPFUL. They just didn’t want to take the battery out of my car to replace or charge it. She told me to buy a new one even though the one I had was still under warranty and have someone else put it in. DO NOT GO TO THIS AUTOZONE IF YOU ARE RELYING ON SOMEONE WITH AUTOMOTIVE EXPERIENCE TO BE THERE THEY ARE CLUELESS.
