- AKAdam KammanSep 30, 20265.0Andrew and Briar gave excellent service and did the job in half their quoted time. Quality tires, good price. Going to my oil changed there for the first time too.
- ACasian chickSep 28, 20265.0Really really nice people!! And good customer service. Came for a quick tire pressure check. Definitely coming back for new tires from here later.
- LSLovepreet SinghSep 26, 20261.0I’ve been a long-time customer at this location, but my recent experiences have been really frustrating. Last time, I booked an appointment to change a differential oil and a flat tire. I dropped off my car in the morning, and they said they’d call in an hour or so. We waited almost three and a half to four hours—no call—so we went back. Nothing was done. When we questioned it, the manager (I think his name was Andrew) was rude. Eventually, he said if we come next time, he’d refund us for the trouble. We trusted that, so we booked another appointment later. We explained again—differential oil change. They said, “No worries, one to two hours.” We waited again all day. By the time we returned, they hadn’t done the differential oil First, they said, “We’ll only fix it if it’s faulty,” then they said, “We don’t have the oil.” The attitude was horrible. We left extremely disappointed.
- NCNiya boo channelSep 25, 20261.0Very rude came at about 5:16 the man didn’t speak looking down on his phone. I came to see if I could get an alignment sent me away because they close at 6:00. By far the worse customers service experience I had with the company and I have been coming for 3 years.
- SNSteve NixonSep 21, 20265.0Had 4 new rims and tires put on my car. Andrew was very easy to deal with and they did an amazing job on the installation. Also very reasonably priced. Highly recommend!
