  If you own a German car, especially a high-end model, I would NOT recommend going here for a wheel alignment. I’m sure they may do a great job with other vehicles, but based on my experience, I would not trust them with a German car. I took my Audi S4 2018 ,here for a wheel alignment. One of their technicians told me that he had owned an Audi before and said he could do it. Unfortunately, the alignment ended up being way off, and several warning lights came on my dashboard afterward. The alignment was so bad that they eventually charged me $0. Their explanation was that I had aftermarket springs installed. I take the car to an Audi dealership and they told me that the previous alignment had not been done correctly. I ended up spending a significant amount of money to have the alignment properly done and to recalibrate the vehicle. My biggest issue is that they should have simply told me upfront if they were not equipped or experienced enough to properly align my Audi. That would have saved me a lot of time, money, and frustration. If you have a high-end German vehicle, I recommend taking it to the manufacturer’s dealership or a shop that specializes in German cars. It may cost more upfront, but it can save you from expensive problems later.

  Great group of guys. Store is very busy. Highly recommend an appointment or be prepared to wait. Thats a good sign of a place doing good business.

  I had an appointment with Discount Tire to repair a screw that was in the middle of my tire. An employee came out to inspect it but never even looked at the screw. Instead, he immediately focused on what was apparently a previously plugged area and told me they couldn't repair the tire. The only solution offered was to purchase a new tire. I left feeling frustrated because the actual issue I came in for was never even evaluated. My boss recommended Tire Discounters, so I stopped there afterward. They scheduled me to come back, and Robert took care of everything. He was kind, professional, and took the time to explain what was going on. Not only did he repair the puncture from the screw, but he also repaired the previously plugged area that Discount Tire had used as the reason they wouldn't help me. I really appreciated Robert's honesty, knowledge, and willingness to fix the tire instead of immediately trying to sell me a new one. Because of the excellent service I received, Tire Discounters has earned my future business. I would highly recommend Tire Discounters.

  What’s the point in having an appointment at 8am you guys don’t honer it we can sit and wait all day to watch your employees goof off. When you have an appointment at a certain time and we can go to the gym for 3 hrs and went and got lunch and drove by and the truck was still in the same spot that we parked it. We were told it was gonna get pulled in and then we called an hour later after that and it was still not pulled in. This is absolutely terrible customer service. What’s the point of making an appointment if you guys are just going to take multiple hours to do your job I literally wouldn’t recommend your shop to nobody. Please don’t waste your time here they obviously don’t know the meaning of appointment time or customer service. The truck was finally done at 2pm please someone explain that to me

  This place is terrible. Selected tires from their website for my vehicle. I came to get the van and it had the wrong tires on it. I asked the question they tried to force me to by tire I didn’t even want and then got extremely crappy when I told them I wouldn’t pay for tire I didn’t want. If they would have actually called me during the service I would have told them not to install them. Didn’t even get a phone call this was all a surprise when I can and picked up the van.
