  If I could give this zero stars I would! They took advantage of my elderly parents and my father who has stage 4 cancer ! All they wanted was to be able to travel and enjoy the time they have left together . From day one there have been issues and issues with the camper and they refuse to fix . Held the camper for almost 2 month with no resolution and refusal to do anything. Will be reporting to the bbb and obtaining legal council! Would rather do business with a a rat on the road then them !

  We purchased our 2nd RV here. All of the staff were absolutely amazing. Our two salesman Dustin & Christian were very knowledgeable and helpful. The sales manager Chris was personable & had an amazing personality!! The girls that greeted us when we walked in were always cheerful. We came from out of town 4 days in a row for almost a week, trying to find the perfect RV for our needs & they were so patient with us. Until we got to the closing. Let me tell you that was the biggest let down of all!! We didn’t have to finance, so it should have been smooth sailing, but let me tell you it was not. We met with a guy named Gady. He was so rude and disrespectful. He told us we had to disclose our SSN for the deal. We didn’t have to give that before and were caught off guard. He then very rudely told us, if we didn’t give it to him we could just turn around and leave!! He really didn’t care!! We had also brought some cash as a small amount of the payment and he even complained that he had to count it!! Wow?? Isn’t that part of your job?? Is that the way you speak to all the customers that have spent a whole week trying to find their RV?? I wonder what the owners would think of that?? I would love to give this place a 5⭐️ rating but whoever hired this Gady fellow needs to reconsider their decision and fire him!! He is not anyone I would want to represent my company!! Even leaving this rating makes my blood boil for the way he treated us. I just wonder how many people he has ran off!?

  You agree on price then they load you up with a paint warranty for $3995 and they did not even treat the fifth wheel. The document we signed has nothing about the warranty not being cancellable and when you ask for the document they have, they want your legal team to request it. They think we won't go that far but we will. If anyone wants the email exchange with Gady Silva I will be glad to share. Keep in mind. We have purchased 3 RV's from Camping World of Greenwood and this is how we are treated, Imagine how they will treat you.

  Our experience was pretty awful and all because of our salesman. He was constantly unreachable and would take half a day minimum to respond sometimes whole days. Definitely felt like because we were a cash deal and looking for a used travel trailer we weren’t really cared about. Showed us the wrong camper and told us it was an “accident” and then tried to sell it to us knowing it was significantly out of our price range then when we offered on it he kept trying to push a cheaper one and wouldn’t get us a counter or answer on the nicer one. We asked about financing and was told if it isn’t this level they won’t do it… why couldn’t you run us and see what we qualify for? Never would. Then after my husband and I took a day or two trying to get him to respond to us we said let’s check out other places. We tried 4 different places including online simply because we didn’t want to deal with someone that couldn’t care less about our buisness. Then when we couldn’t find a good enough one like the cheaper one we liked we text asking if it was still available but it was price increased in the couple days… I asked if they honor the deal they made within less than a week ago and we’d do it and they had to check which took another day of waiting. He said they up’s the price on it because people kept giving too low of offers… gee thanks. Then we finally try to go through with it. He said he’ll get us a list of info and wouldn’t set up a time it took days to do. I had to ask multiple times if we could come in and buy it and it took half days to get a response. Then finally he sends a a text that says we HAVE to in big letters get a quote from good Sam for insurance. We already use our trusted person and won’t be doing that but whatever if it’s their process we’ll do it. Day before pickup I text asking if he does the quote day of or if I have to have my insurance have insurance on it before buying. He said yep you have to so call this number and enter this pin and get your quote. Come to find out he’s supposed to do it and he gave us his PIN number because camper world requires them to try to upscale it and now I’m doing his job. So we said nope and got our own insurance. Day of pickup they give us a VIP necklace and even though we HAD to have an appt for pickup they couldn’t find the keys to the camper and then we waited until 2 hours after my pickup time appt I just had to make before we could even sit down with financing to sign the paperwork. I’ve had more fun and better treatment from a used car salesman.my parents bought one from a different salesman and had a better experience. However they don’t like to counter to make deals.

  The unit i put a down payment on a brand new unit drove back from Michigan to Indiana to finalize my purchase pick up the unit i did a walk through two days prior, there was a long delay in them pulling up front to hook up on truck never mentioned why and there where two Saleman i worked with, then getting back k to Michigan i open the camper microwave is hanging out the wall missing screws the door frame is missing screws, frame on the awning is bent up stairs are lopsided and realized while going over paperwork the unit was switched for a different one not notified about that by anyone drove back to Michigan with no insurance because of the switch and not being told about it and was giving the run around and excuses and then no return call after leaving the G.M messages for a week, NOTIFIED THEM I WAS to call the BBB, FTC, AND CORPORATE AND ONLY THEN WHERE THEY WILLING TO ADDRESS MY CONCERNS, NOT EVEN HAVING THE CAMPER FOR TWO DAYS WITH ALL THESE ISSUES ARE U UNACCEPTABLE.\N DECEITFUL.M AND FRUSTRATING TO HAVE SPENT A NICE AMOUNT OF MONEY TO BE TAKEN. ADVANTAGE OF WAISTING MY TIME AND PUTTING A HUGE DELAY AND MAKING IT DIFFICULT ON ME EVEN THOUGH I SPOKE OF MY DISABILITY WITH LIMITED MOBILITY DUE TO PHYSICAL HEALTH ISSUES AND ALREADY HOMELESS DUE TO UNAFFORDABLE HOUSING IN MY.LOCATION TO DISREGARD THE FACT I JUST SPENT $20,000 IN FULL MY LIFE SAVINGS TO THINK THEY HAD THE RIGHT AND COULD GET AWAY WITH IT IS JUST NOT MORALLY RIGHT IN ANY WAY. NOT A HAPPY CAMPER FROM CAMPING WORLD THATS FOR SURE.
