  Our sales associate (DW) was awesome! He was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire sales process. Overall communication at Camping World is why I am rating a 4...borderline 3, one example > I really would have benefited from a checklist of all the documents and info we needed to go to closing. The delivery went well for the first 2 hours....the next 2 hours not so good. My favorite quote of this entire deal was(after 2 additional hours in the waiting room) "service is not sure where to put the bedroom tv". Since we were buying a fifth wheel with one bedroom, it should have answered itself. All in all our experience was pretty good. Camping World has the best inventory and variety so I would recommend it to anyone looking for any type of RV.

  We would highly recommend this Camping World! We traveled from Toledo to purchase our camper. Dustin Hannel our sales rep. who did a wonderful job in getting us the best deal. There was a few things that needed fixed before we picked up and Austin in the service department made sure along with Dustin that everything was done a completed for the final pickup. We love our camper. We will definitely send people who are needing a camper your way!! Thank you both!!

  the definition of only caring about money & not the customer. went in today to find our first camper. we were helped by Dustin Hannel. from the beginning, we let him know that we didnt know if we were purchasing today, just because it was our first one & didn’t know what we liked. It went well until he asked again after only showing us 4 if we were buying something, & we told him we were still looking. he then said “i have other customers and saturdays are my busy days” & dropped us off at a trailer & then got back in the golf cart and left, leaving us to walk all the way back to our vehicle. i get it, they are paid off commission but we were shocked that he even said that out loud to our faces. as a young, very successful couple buying one for the first time was very exciting & he, Dustin, completely ruined our experience for us. I am glad we left that place immediately & went somewhere else where we ended up going home with one! glad that nice guy that took his time with is got our money & not this rude man. not a good attitude to have when making money off commission.

  We purchased a camper a few days earlier and when I went in to pick up our camper that afternoon we found that the paperwork showed they had put down the vin of a different camper that we had looked at but it was the same make and model. We figured out it was the wrong camper in about 2 minutes. This was after I waited for the salesman to get done with another customer even though we'd agreed on a time for me to pick the trailer up. I was frustrated that it was mixed up but lesson learned. I should have double checked the vin vs the paperwork and not relied on the salesman. I understand mistakes happen and I would have moved on if the right one had been grabbed and the inspection rushed and the trailer prepared and the paperwork fixed. Instead I had to wait 1.5 hrs before they found the right trailer and started to rework the paperwork. They then kept claiming they weren't sure if they'd be able to let me take the trailer that day and took another hour before getting it into inspection. The salesman claimed he'd take 75% responsibility for the mistake all the while still working with another customer. The manager kept shrugging me off saying he was so sorry and kept moving on. Neither took this seriously and neither made any effort to expedite things. Another 30 minutes later I finally had the camper "inspected" (I'm sure they just sent it on its way) and the paperwork finished. I was frustrated about the mixup but I was livid at how I was treated. The disregard for my time, the flippant attitude and "promises they'd get the right camper over to inspection right away" from the manager, and the salesman working with another customer (even though this was 75% his responsibility, and even though he could have checked to make sure it was ready that morning) through this whole thing was unbelievable. I won't ever buy ANYTHING from this location again and I'd recommend avoiding at all costs. I'd say stay away from Allen the salesman and make certain you deal with a different manager than Charles Coriarty but honestly I'd recommend avoiding the place entirely. They obviously don't care for the consumer especially after they already have your money and their commissions.

  Maybe someone in the shop can find the dust caps on my hubs from when they did maintenance on my camper. Picked up yesterday after they had it for a month doing all kinds of tests on AC heard several different stories over the weeks it was there. They eventually said nothing wrong with it pick it up. It had 1 year maintenance as well. Get home no dust covers on hubs. Great another trip back up there! UPDATE!!!! Bought new covers put them on drove 2 mi and they popped off. Called supplier Roots RV Bedford talked to mechanic he’s said check wheel bearing tightness. Got it home lifted it up tires loose and wobbled. Had to tighten nuts both tires. They were so loose they were knocking the caps off. THANKS CAMPING WORLD FOR DELAYING MY TRIP FOR SHOTY WORK!
