I scheduled online to get 4 new tires. Monro was the cheapest place within 25 miles. The shop called me to state they did not have the tires I ordered online. They worked with me to get next best tires for same price. They also worked with me on financing since I was on a budget. The manager gave me a courtesy ride home and my truck was done in less than 3 hours. I am very pleased how I was treated! I was pleased with the service! I am highly recommending this place! The manager did a great job working with me!

If you are thinking of going here - don’t. I find it really hard to believe both of these cracks existed prior to me bringing my car here to put on just two tires. As they held air just fine - just needed replaced because of wear. Even if they were cracked prior — why wasn’t I informed? I mean the tech put a balance weight about 6 inches away on one of them — how do you not see that? Made it about 10 mins down the road before TPMS went off. I limp it home and they had impacted the lug bolts so hard my 250 ft/lbs nut busting impact wrench was no match. (Torque spec is 89 ft/lbs. Had to find someone with an air impact wrench to get them off. Imagine if I wanted to put on the spare… Avoid if you care about your safety. Edit: calling the number the “owner” listed in the comment below my review sends me to corporate HR. When you finally get to customer service no one answers and using the option to have them call you back doesn’t yield a call back. Do better.

I bought breaks there on my Mini cooper. Passenger tire started smoking, the whole rim was smoking hot. They put wrong size pads on that side. I figured ok a fluke. Then I had to replace all the brakes under warranty. Ok then I put brakes on my 2017 jeep Wrangler at Monroe. On the way to work the driver side bottom bolt holding brake in place came out. I had to have it towed. It messed up my wheel. The shop I took it to, said whoever did the brakes should have used a tork wrench. I should have seen the pattern but. Then I tried again, tried to get alignment for rear on my Mini Cooper s since bell didn't have a special tool. The manager said in a rude manner, take it back to bell tire since I keep buying tires from them and not Monroe. After I have spent thousands on brakes and tried to be a good customer. Now they will never get any business from me.

I had a great experience with Monroe Auto. I brought my truck in for a vibration that could be felt throughout the entire vehicle. I had already taken it to two other shops, and neither one could identify the issue—they basically just shrugged it off. When I dropped it off at Monroe, I shared some notes based on my own observations. They actually listened, took everything into account, and got the truck up on a lift right away. Very quickly, they were able to confirm the problem was a worn driveshaft bearing—something the other shops completely missed. Their communication was excellent. They called me multiple times to keep me updated, including letting me know early on that parts availability might delay the repair. Then later that same afternoon, they called again with good news—they were able to get the part and had the truck ready for pickup sooner than expected. The vibration is completely gone now, and the truck drives smoother than ever. These guys know what they’re doing and take care of their customers. Highly recommend.
