  Reserved a Hybrid 2 June 8. Reservation stated Hybrid Camry. June 24 No Hybrid available, Nissan Sentra substituted. Sentra was the most uncomforable car I've driven. The car leaked oil on my garage floor. The car did not wiork with Android Auto. This was not the worst car I've rented. The worst experience was in California where in freeway traffic the vehicle developed a suspension problem causing the car to pull right. The Sentra is #2 and Enterprise rented both cars. Never again!

  What an awful experience. They called me at 7 AM when I was supposed to pick up my van at 9:30 AM that morning and they told me that they didn’t have a van for me. I couldn’t call back and actually talk to somebody because the branch technically didn’t open until 8 AM. Once I could talk to somebody, they told me I could get a car at this branch, take it to the airport and trade it out for a van. I asked them to triple check that the airport had a van before driving and they promised me it did. So I drove the hour to the airport to swap out for a van, but it turns out the airport didn’t have any vans. So I called the Greenfield branch back and this time he told me he would track down a van somewhere (I don’t know why he couldn’t have done that at 9:30 this morning if he was able to do it at noon) so I drove an hour back and he had somehow found a van. With all this hassle, I asked for a discount and all he could do was write a note on the back of his business card for two days of a free rental and a tank of gas. And my guess is in 6-12 months when I try to use it, they won’t let me. What a horrible way to start out my vacation.

  Horrible service, & staff. Was told by SYDNEY if I didn't like the rate she would happily charge the full rate of $170 a day to rent a truck the management & staff running the place is a complete joke I will never rent here again!

  Had a vehicle for over 6 months renting & instead of appreciation they want to jack the prices up or charge daily rates much higher than the prorated monthly premium. I have been renting with Enterprise for over 15 years & spent enough to buy a new vehicle. They have now lost all my business. Definitely do not recommend these guys & hope to save others the hassle I have gone through every month with them. Best Regards ACCS
