- ALAustin Lucas5 days ago1.0Brought vehicle in for a simple flat repair. Was told that it would take anywhere from 1-4 hours to do as they were waiting on appointments to come in. Dude what? I'm right here right now and no one else is. It takes maybe 20min to do this job at most. Zero excuse why it couldn't be done in a reasonable time. Take your money elsewhere.

The bald guy isn't doing anything and just kept staring at me hoping I'd leave. The other guy with the Justin Beiber hair and neckbeard couldn't get through ringing up the Mexican dude with affliction jeans without trying to get him to book an appointment and answering the phone while bald dude just goofed off. I'd rather dodge bullets at Washington Street Discount Tire.

Had 2 tires swapped out and couldn’t even drive away had to wait for them to fix their mistake after they had already had the car over night for 2 tires…. Even with an appointment they take WAAAY too long.

After they were finished, I could see my car sitting in the parking lot for 30 minutes before they checked me out, while I watched them help other people who just walked in. I know they're busy, but that was infuriating. It felt like I was part of some psychological experiment measuring how long you can make a human wait before they snap. They need to hire more people or advertise that they are unable to honor appointment times.

We ended up taking the keys back and leaving. I understand shops can get busy, but having someone wait for hours for an appointment and not even inspect the vehicle or communicate what was happening is extremely frustrating. A scheduled appointment should at least come with reasonable communication about the wait.
