There was a deal advertised in the flyer at the counter for a $10 gift card with oil and filter purchase. The cashier entered my address in the computer and indicated the gift card would be mailed. When I did not receive it, I reached out to customer service and was informed there was a rebate link I was supposed to complete. I was not given this info in the store, and now the offer has expired. Customer service was not willing to help at all and were just kind of like tough luck even though the cashier told me there wasn't anything additional for me to do. I will not purchase from here again.

Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward.
