    Nolan & Ray were very professional and friendly. Nolan had only been there for about a month and when I questioned certain fees/charges he immediately asked his Manager instead of assuming he throughly understood them. I really appreciated that. Showed he is humble and willing to learn and satisfy me the customer. The Vehicle I was given to rent was clean and very nice. I just hated it was so low. After driving an SUV for the past 21 years I felt like I was sitting on the ground :-) It drove really nice. Whenever I may need a Rental, I will be coming to this Gary Location Enterprise. They take good care of their customers!!! Thank You for An Awesome Experience!!!

    Enterprise in Gary IN is great. Customer service was on point. There was only one person at the counter but he treated every customer efficiently and professionally.

    I rent from this small Enterprise location for business use (I work at the nearby campus of Indiana University in G.I.) and they always take care of me. I have rented cars to use for weekend and also week-long conferences in the USA near and far and Mr. Ray, Mr. Justin, and Mr. Brett are all top class staff. I know others at IU Northwest have used their services and I will most-def keep recommending that we maintain close business contact with this small, but feisty Enterprise location. Keep up the good work and I will see you when I drive out to my next conference!
