- LRLois RasorJan 26, 20261.0I am not happy nor am I satisfied!! I had repairs done. Now I have to call back in regards to a claim. My vehicle is not driveable!!! I tried the insurance company first, they suggested that I call Gerber. I have not heard back from them at all. I called back a second time and was informed that i should have been called. I missed work today and now I have to miss work another day because I'm waiting to hear from them!! Unacceptable service!! Don't have anything fixed at Gerber!!!!

I stood at the counter for well over 5 minutes and no one acknowledged me. Not a person was around, yet I saw an older gentleman sitting in an office which I parked straight in front of where his window was. Nope... Nothing.
