I showed up to the shop with no one in line. No cars in the bays and plenty of available workers. I sat there for 15 minutes without help and walked up to ask how long until I’d be helped. They said maybe 10 mins. Which would mean I sat there and watched them for 25 minutes do absolutely nothing before offering to help me. Terrible business etiquette.

I brought my vehicle to Tuffy because my A/C system was leaking refrigerant before a family trip from Indiana to Florida. My regular mechanic recommended a UV dye test to locate the leak, so I specifically called Tuffy and requested a UV dye inspection.
Instead, I was told the problem was a Schrader valve and was charged nearly $600 to replace it and refill the system. I made it very clear that I was about to drive to Florida with my children and needed the leak properly diagnosed.
After arriving in Florida, my A/C failed again. Another shop found the actual leak in the condenser and showed me UV dye that should have been visible during a proper inspection. When I called Tuffy, I was told they had performed a bubble test and that UV dye wasn’t added until after the Schrader valve was replaced and the system was refilled.
Had I known they were not performing the UV dye diagnostic I specifically requested, I would not have agreed to the repair. Instead, I paid nearly $600, ended up stranded in Florida without A/C, lost vacation time dealing with repairs, and had to pay another shop to correctly diagnose and fix the problem.
What was even more disappointing was the lack of customer service afterward. It took days to get a response from management, my calls were repeatedly ignored, and when I finally spoke to the district manager there was no apology, no accountability, and no offer to make the situation right. Also, Molly Seemed very annoyed with me calling to tell them that my AC failed again and That something needed to be resolved and she said for two days that she was trying to reach her manager when I finally called corporate they had their district manager call me back he was just as Avoidant as her In my situation I ended up asking him who the manager was back at the store he said it was Molly she never once mentioned she was the manager. On their store website she's just a service representative not a manager corporate said she should not be assigned to both jobs something is seriously wrong with this location. There was never an apology or anything to try to make this right they said they did everything right and they didn't they never fixed my leak and My vacation was ruined because of their negligence.
In the end, Tuffy charged me hundreds of dollars, failed to locate the actual leak, and sent me on a 1,000+ mile trip in a vehicle that wasn’t properly repaired. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this location.

Everyone was super helpful and when they gave be a bill of 5k of everything the factory recommended, they showed me the stuff that need to be taken care of right away, since I don’t have that on hand and I spent about 1500 on what was necessary! When I have enough saved, I’m going back to get the rest done!

Very friendly people and Molly at the front desk is amazing. I had an oil change done. And tire rotation. I was having a off day and there was another issue with my vehicle took it dropped it off. They called me before they closed. I picked up my vehicle, and it was all fixed. Truly truly great customer service.
Had a complex issue relating my suspension that I was prepared to take much longer than just a day, was surprised with how efficient and effective the mechanics work and will always have Tuffy look at my car first
