  Had a complex issue relating my suspension that I was prepared to take much longer than just a day, was surprised with how efficient and effective the mechanics work and will always have Tuffy look at my car first

  Very overpriced. Molly made it seem like I was getting a discount and she was giving me a good deal after initially quoting me some crazy price. I was between a rock and a hard place so I paid it. I was in and out in an hour and a half and they took me immediately upon arriving. I thought the customer service was fine. I won't go back because its too expensive.

  I am very satisfied with the inspection and brake service that I received on my vehicle. Service Advisor Molly Hiser is great to work with, and Service technician Steven Smeltzer did a prompt removal and replacement of the brake pads and rotors.

  I like going here. They seem to get me in and out fairly quickly. It's easy to make an appointment. They seem to do a good job. But this time they forgot to reset my oil percentage on my car.
