  Tuffy Tires did an excellent job with my car assessment. From the start, they took the time to look everything over carefully instead of rushing through it and handing me a random list of expensive problems. They explained what they found in a way that made sense, answered my questions, and took pictures to show me exactly what was going on with my car. I really appreciated that they gave me proof instead of expecting me to just nod along while someone says, “Yeah, that part is definitely bad.” Car repairs can feel like a surprise pop quiz nobody studied for, so being able to actually see the issues made a huge difference. They were professional, thorough, and honest about what needed attention. The inspection was handled well, and I left feeling informed instead of confused or pressured. It is refreshing to find a shop that communicates clearly and treats customers like they deserve to know what is happening with their own vehicle. Definitely recommend Tuffy Tires if you want a reliable assessment, clear explanations, and photos to back up what they tell you.

  Went here a few days ago for an oil change and it was an absolute amazing experience 😊 not like they did anything out of this world butttttt… the ms at the front desk was lovely. Super nice! They said there was a bit of a longer wait time but still had my car out within like an hour no lie?? They gave me a free inspection and gave me a link showing me everything off with my car!!! LOVE THAT as a new car owner who doesn’t know ANYTHING about cars!!!! The man who did my oil change was also lovely ☺️ did a great job and was super quick with it! The oil change was only $65 I believe !! Every other place was saying up to $90 for a simple oil change, so greatful! Everyone was very nice and I’m definitely coming back to get everything fixed!!!!!

  They diagnosed my problem, replaced my radiator, thermostat, and oil pan gasket, amd they did a wheel alignment and oil change and coolant flush & fill, all on the same day I brought the vehicle to them with overheating issues. I'm really thankful (and pretty amazed) at how fast they got it done. It was a lot of work, all done same day.

  Had a wheel bearing go out on our camper on the interstate near Fort Wayne. We called them and had to leave a message. They called back within five minutes. They told us they would do everything they could to get us back on the road and they did! We were just a few miles from them. They were very knowledgeable, polite, friendly, just good people! If you're ever in the Fort Wayne area and have vehicle or trailer problems I highly recommend Tuffy Tire & Auto Service!
