  Very professional Asst Manager, facilitated Veteran Hearing Deficits, thorough inspection and solving diagnostics for Brakes, lights & tire pressure. Recommended Module replacement. Cleared all codes for Engine light. Setback $2000+ for new module. Another shop can buy used Module at lower price. Checking. Thnx to Puffy. Will return for Service.

  If the issue I have is something they handle, I will be returning. The work done was great but the customer service was better. I was asking something a little unorthodox, and he had no issue working with me. He was never annoyed or frustrated. Communicated very well. Was not pushy in any way. Never made me feel like I was asking a dumb question. It was a very pleasant experience. Highly recommend.

  A year ago tuffy fixed my power steering line a week ago my power steering line exploded and my engine caught fire tuffy said a motor mount is bad and made the power steering caught fire from rubbing on the exhaust so after $2000 they fixed the mounts and power steering line went there after work there is power steering fluid every where more than when the car came in on the engine cover engine on the serpent belt on the pulleys and my car started SMOKING AGAIN called them they told me they fixed it I can pay for them to clean so they poured power steering fluid on my engine my car was smoking last last night and I was told I can pay for them to clean it yeah not going back $2000
