  After being a loyal customer for over 16 yrs even to the point of referring friends. I will NO longer be bringing my car back to this place. Lack of communication, miscommunication, no follow through, etc. I will be going to their competition on West Jefferson maybe they will appreciate multiple thousands of dollars and a very dedicated loyal customer because Kenny and Kash sure do not.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I can’t recommend Tuffy Tires enough! My brakes were completely shot, and I ended up needing new rotors, new brake pads, and new front wheels. I was expecting it to be a stressful and expensive process, but the team made everything so easy. They took the time to explain exactly what was wrong, why each repair was necessary, and walked me through the entire process without making me feel pressured or confused. I really appreciated their honesty, professionalism, and willingness to answer my questions. On top of that, they gave me a great, affordable price and had everything completed in just one day. They even finished the work while I was at work, so I didn’t have to miss a single day, which I truly appreciated. If you’re looking for an honest, knowledgeable, and reliable auto repair shop, Tuffy Tires is the place to go. They genuinely care about their customers and will take great care of you. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs quality automotive service!

  What amazing service provided by truly exceptional people. I was turned away by Walmart stating they couldn’t help me until Friday, this was Wednesday. But I was able to get my tire repaired same day with Tuffy. Price was reasonable as well. Thank you for coming to my rescue. Highly recommend!!
