  Came in for brakes and rotors on a 2011 Lexus ES350, ended up needing wheel bearings as well, which I suspected myself, no upsells or deceptive pricing, prices for labor and parts seemed fair. We provided the parts for the brake and rotor job, they sourced the other parts. They got us the car back on the second day, in time for my wife to get to work. Overall I’d recommend this shop, honest, good work.

  This was a very great experience! They got me in for an emergency repair. Most importantly, Chase Harber was an incredible tech! He went above and beyond his job! He made things easy and was able to save me a lot of money! I am very grateful for him and the Tuffy crew!

  They were very polite and service was great got the job done fast.abit expensive but was worth it got me back on the road less then 2 hrs.

  First time going was handle good but the problem wasn't never fix, and brought back up and they still didn't fix the problem. Didn't communicate back and forth was without a car for a month almost. Call complain to corporate but never got a a called back . I thought I was at mama pop shop ...they charge 450 plus to do nothing to my car . I came out packet 700 plus for them to do nothing to the car . But fix one thing my muffler which was fix good. Really thought I found a good place but that place just like midas .
