  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great Pilot Travel Center right off I-80 at Exit 144 in Fremont, Indiana. This is one of those stops that makes being out on the road a little easier. The location is easy to get in and out of, and it has everything a professional driver needs for a good break—fuel, food, clean restrooms, showers, parking, and plenty of snacks and drinks. The store was clean, organized, and well stocked, and the staff was friendly and helpful. I especially appreciate when a truck stop is kept clean and the employees actually take pride in the place. For anyone running I-80, especially professional drivers, this is definitely a convenient place to stop, fuel up, grab something to eat, and get back on the road. I’d definitely stop here again! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding truck stop! I arrived around 5:00 a.m., and the employees immediately acknowledged me and wished me a good morning. The shower was spacious, spotless, and had plenty of hot water. There was even a thoughtful note inside wishing me a great shower. As I left, the staff wished me a good day, and another employee held the door open and told me to have safe travels. The entire store was exceptionally clean, and everyone was genuinely friendly and welcoming. Excellent service all around!

  I had a very disappointing and uncomfortable experience with an employee named Scott at this location on September 3, 2026, at approximately 10:26 PM. I was waiting in line and briefly stepped away for about 10 seconds to grab my phone, after letting the customers in front of me know that I would return behind them. They agreed. When I came back, Scott allowed another customer to go ahead of me. I explained that I had already been waiting in line, and the customers in front of me even confirmed this to him, but Scott dismissed it and said it was not his concern. What happened next was even more concerning. I handed Scott my card because I needed to fuel my truck. Without asking me what I needed, he scanned it and started giving me a shower. When I told him that I had never asked for a shower, his response was, “I thought you were with them,” referring to the Mexican customers nearby. That assumption was inappropriate and disrespectful. Regardless of anyone’s race, ethnicity, appearance, or who they happen to be standing near, an employee should simply ask a customer what service they need instead of making assumptions. When I calmly pointed this out, instead of apologizing for the misunderstanding, Scott told me, “One more word and I won’t serve you.” That was completely unacceptable. I was not yelling, threatening anyone, or causing a disturbance. I was simply questioning the way I was being treated after he made an incorrect and inappropriate assumption. I chose not to argue because I needed to fuel my truck and continue working. I strongly encourage management to review the security camera footage from approximately 10:26 PM on September 3, 2026, and speak with Scott about how customers are treated at this location. The footage should help verify what happened. Customers should be treated with basic respect and professionalism regardless of their background, ethnicity, accent, or appearance. I am leaving this review because this type of behavior should not be considered normal customer service.

  Wifi is always problematic. Doesn't matter whether you're using "Premium" or free wi-fi, there's always an issue with their access points. What's more annoying is when you call the store and tell them, and instead of them fixing the issue or doing anything at all, they tell you to just wait 10-15 minutes (which I've already been waiting for a while which is why I called) and they say that it usually fixes itself. Well, 3 hours later.....wifi still doesn't work. Problem with access point.
