- UTUSA TRUCKER3 days ago1.0Today June 24 2026 about 3;30 PM Yup Pilot Freemon In I was shocked by the rudeness of who ever was serving pizza. I'm not going to go into all the details. However, I have never been treated like that at a pilot before in my life.
- DDDTazJun 16, 20261.0Very frustrated with this gas station’s payment system. I pumped $40.08 worth of gas, yet a $226 hold was placed on my card. I understand that some stations place a temporary authorization hold, but $226 seems excessive for such a small purchase. Not everyone can afford to have that much money tied up and unavailable, even temporarily. This can cause real problems when people need access to their funds for other expenses. The gas purchase itself was fine, but the size of the hold left a very negative impression. Customers should be clearly informed about these large authorization holds before they pay at the pump.

Время 10 ночи сейчас куда-то рвануть в другое место за поиском душа неизвестно найдешь место для парковки или нет . А утром ждёт следующая поездка. Такому сюрпризу я был не готов .

- MSMN SKOLMay 31, 20265.0As a driver, we stop at a truck stop almost every night, and you just never really know what you’ll get. Good parking lot, pot hole parking lot, giant slopes where you fall off your bed, 2 pumps broken. Whatever. I think they have about ten pumps never full, always half empty, parking lot has minor slopes but manageable. What made this place 5 stars is the people. Every single employee was polite, friendly, and said hi with a smile. In the shower was a note pad of paper hand written said “enjoy your hot shower, safe travels, thank you” that means a lot to me. Such a small gesture but it made me feel appreciated and welcomed. Great staff, great stop. HUGE 2 head shower stalls. Top 5 pilots I’ve been too. Great job.
