  This place is an absolute joke! Avoid them! They cant diagnose things properly and just claim the problems don't exist... They have no problem over charging u for simple maintenance things like fluid changes and act like its a whole repair! Their service sucks ass! Their comunication is terrible!!! They kept my car way longer then needed to do some simple things that I could do my self in like 2hrs. Please take your vehicles somewhere else! Far as I know they may not have done anything right or anything at all. SCAM

  Great experience from start to finish! The staff was friendly, professional, and kept me updated throughout the entire process. They took the time to explain what my vehicle needed without making me feel pressured into anything. The repairs were completed quickly, pricing was explained upfront, and the communication was excellent. It’s hard to find a repair shop you feel like you can trust, and I’ll definitely be coming back for future service. Highly recommend!

  Excellent over the phone and in-person customer service. They went above and beyond and contacted the manufacturer without me asking to see if the warranty I had was still active for the issue that the technician noticed during my routine service. Also no one pressured me into doing extra recommended services they were offered and were polite and moved on when I declined.

  The staff here was very courteous and friendly as soon as I walked in. JOHN was very pleasant to have as a service advisor. He explained everything in detail once they diagnosed it and didn't feel like I was being talked down to or overloaded with a lot of technical jargon. He then offered their SHUTTLE SERVICE to take me home and pick me up when my vehicle was done. TAYLOR was very polite and friendly when she called about the pricing and explained my options. My vehicle came back to me the next day (I had about 5 repairs done) and is working just fine again. I highly recommend Yes! for car care needs!

  I am reposting this review because I was asked to remove it and give them an opportunity to fix the problem with my car. Unfortunately, I only ended up losing my time, and my car now has more noises than before. The staff tried to convince me that my car had other issues and that they had done a good job, but the loud noise started after I brought my car to them. When I picked up my car, it was raining, so I could not clearly hear whether the original noise had been fixed. I specifically told them I would drive the car and let them know if the noise continued. However, the person who gave me the paperwork wrote that I agreed the car was fixed and that there were no more noises, which was not what I said or agreed to. The original problem was not fixed, and now I have additional noises. I am very disappointed with this experience. In addition to the noise my car had after the rotors and brakes were replaced, after the second visit it also developed a noise when I press the brake pedal.
