  We had a horrible experience. They charged us a TON of money and didn’t even fix anything, and said a bunch of things were wrong that were in fact not wrong when we took it elsewhere to be checked. Very disappointed and absolutely never going back.

  The best customer service I’ve ever experienced at a shop. They called 1-2 times per day with updates, repaired on-schedule, and were just very courteous people in general. I cannot comment on pricing, but they were honest, transparent, and thorough with everything related to cost. After I called 6 different shops in 2 counties, YES! was the clear choice. I do 90% of my own work, but these folks are now on the top of my list when I need them. THANK YOU!!

  My F150 sprung a leak coolant system on Thursday. Called Yes Automotive on Thursday they was able to get it in on Friday and repaired the leak and replaced both belts because they got saturated with coolant liquid. I had a couple that gave me $100 off the price. I would totally recommend them for any service that you may need. I have sent two of my family members to them and both had positive results with their services.

  I will be coming back to Yes! Automotive for ALL REPAIRS I NEED WHILE IM IN FORT WAYNE. They are kind. They will give you a ride home if you need complementary, whereas Bob Thomas was trying to charge me an extra 10-15 dollars just for the ride. I had an odd experience because I was originally going to Bob Thomas to fix my shock bar. Bob Thomas quoted me 1400 just for the shock bar and 160 for inspection. This didn't feel right to me, and I called a few people who told me to get a second opinion. So, I came across yes! And there were so many good reviews, so I trusted it. Without me coming in, I was able to talk to Taylor who has been so helpful every step of the way. She said based on their past repair history, they would usually charge around $750 for the same repair, but couldn't give me specifics because they didn't have my car (of course). This made me realize I was getting scammed by a car dealership (did not feel good at all) 🤪 and I called Bob Thomas and called off the shock repair to take it to yes. I did wait a while because I couldn't really afford to fix my car at that moment, but Taylor continued to follow up with me through text with deals, and was able to apply coupons to my service to help me save more money. In the end, they were going to replace two tires with mid grade tires that cost about 140 dollars each, as my traction was low, fixed the shock, and did a full car inspection for me for $1,378. Bob Thomas was going to charge me that just for my shock bar. I did have to fix my brakes as well, but Taylor did everything she could to keep my costs as low as possible. When I got in the car I had two air fresheners, a bottle of water, and a bag of BBQ potato chips in my passengers seat (after they pulled my car up to the door for me). EVERYONE there I interacted with was kind and patient, even when I had to pay with two cards. I will be coming back to Yes! To fix any problem that arises with my car. Thank you.
