- ANAustin Nguyen6 days ago1.0They used the wrong oil for my Audi and then didn’t replace the plug all the way so it was slowly leaking oil. They also “replaced” my cabin filter and then didn’t even use the correct one and it wasn’t even installed correctly. it was just shoved in because the guy was frustrated he couldn’t figure it out.

It’s pretty typical to feel like I’m being overcharged or I need to run something past my dad before getting it done. Latoyia in Fort Wayne, Indiana is AMAZING. She treated me like I wasn’t some girl that didn’t know anything and made me feel like a valued customer. She gave me a minute to search for my coupon and even added an additional coupon called the pick three since I needed a couple things done. I was so thankful to her for letting me know about the pick three since I regularly come here for my battery change, fuel flush, oil changes, tire rotation, light changes, you name it and I’ve never known about the pick three deal. Latoyia answered all of my questions and made me feel heard. We need more people in the world like her. When I come back you bet I will be asking for Latoyia, every time. Give that woman a raise or something she is one of a kind!!! ❤️

When oil prices were much higher than what they are now four years ago Valvoline never felt the need to charge it then so why now? I would appreciate it if you kept politics out of business.
- HDHaley DuncanJun 16, 20261.0I took my Brand new Jeep in to get an oil change and tire alignment. The technician snapped the stud and lug nut as the tire was being put back on. This fix was 400 dollars at our Jeep dealership. Valvoline refused to cover the expenses of any kind. Highly recommended going some where else.
