  Stopped in for a road ready check and the crew were awesome! They even tightened my lug nuts for me, which was greatly appreciated! You guys rock and that's why I will keep coming back to this location time and time again. I valued how professional and courteous the gentlemen were.   Terrible experience! I called prior to visiting this location for pricing on a car battery and was told that they could perform the installation. They were given the make and model of my vehicle before I arrived and gave me a price. I informed the phone operator that my car doesn’t start and was told,”As long as you make it here you’ll be fine!” Well, I made it there and was told after turning off my car that they can’t perform the service due to the location of my battery. My car would no longer start and my vehicle was pushed out of the location into a nearby parking lot. I had to go to Walmart for the services to be completed. Oh yeah, I also had to pay for a tow truck. A simple search of Google could have told them the location of the battery right? Why ask for the make and model of my vehicle? Run if you have a Dodge Journey that needs a battery!
