  We called yesterday to see if they had any appointments available to put one tire on my son's car. They said they had two appointments left. We made the appointment at 4:30pm. We arrived a little early gave them our name told them the appointment time. The guy repeatedly complains that they have 4 appointments already scheduled at that time that they are over booked and behind. I explain that when I scheduled the appointment over the phone that there were two time slots open. He continues to complain. He quotes us $129 for the front driver side tire. They take the care back. A couple minutes later he comes out to tell me they don't have the spline drive lock key they needed to take the lug nuts off. We rescheduled for the following morning at 9:30am. We were directed to go to auto parts store to get the lock key for lug nuts. We left the Tire Barn went to advanced auto, O'Reilly auto, & auto zone none of which had the size needed. We were recommended to just get all new lug nuts and have them cut off the other ones. I purchase the necessary items to have Tire Barn replace lug nuts when they replace the tire. We go to 9:30am appointment this morning. The first thing the guy says at the counter is that they don't have us scheduled. I explained everything we went through the previous afternoon (he doesn't seem to care). He then starts to complain about "corporate office" and they always over book their schedules and that they even schedule appointments when they are closed. I'm getting very aggravated, as I'm just trying to get a tire replaced at the tire store. He proceeds to tell me they can put a tire on but they can not cut off the lug nuts and replace them. He sends me to Hub Cap Express to see if they grace the needed tool to replace the tire. They did have the tool and Hub Cab Express gave EXCELLENT service, however the tool cost $45 non refundable/returnable. We go back to tire barn for them to change the tire only to find out they don't have the tire we were quoted after the guy repeatedly goes on an on about how we were not even on the schedule and that it was Tim that scheduled it. We left without service. We called discount tire. They were WONDERFUL they gave excellent service, friendly, had the tire we needed, and the tool needed to replace the tire! If I could give a ZERO for this review... I would! I don't recommend Tire Barn. Terrible service, every response given to me was negative, it was my fault they were over booked and these guys are truly miserable at their job.

  This place sucks would not recommend going here at all, I called and was told it would coast me 140 bucks to mount my tires and balance I got here and he tried charging me over 200 I finally got them agreed to do it for 200, a few days later the weights fell off my tires and it’s unbalanced like crazy, I called they told me to bring it in today to fix it I drove an hour to get here and they tell me they can not do it till later in the week, they can’t fix a problem that they caused this place absolutely sucks

  Was lied to by the man at the service (?) desk about availability of a tire. Was told they didn't have used tires. He tried to sell me a new one I couldn't afford. When that didn't get the sale he wanted, he suddenly came up with a used tire (not the correct size I discovered later) about which he told me he would sell it to me for the cost of plugging a tire which I had initially asked about - $40. I may be an older woman, but don't insult my intelligence. I know the figure he quoted me was the normal cost of a used tire and not of a repair. Don't take advantage of widowed grandmothers.

  This location always seems to be busy and short-staffed, yet they always work hard to get people in and out in a timely manner. They are very kind and helpful!
