  Over all I thought the price was far ,but when I got home there was a piece of my property missing from car ,and I do everything by habit so I know it was there and now it's now ,called them and know one answered the phone ..

  This is my most recent experience. I appreciate that they fix what was wrong. I initially noted a nail in my front tire and brought it in. I didn’t think much of it after they repaired it. They didn’t show me the screw. When I went home, I looked at my tire again and realized that their nail was still there. It appears they fix the wrong tire and there was maybe another nail elsewhere. They luckily made this right by repairing my other tire without cost. I don’t know how it was missed during the tire inspection, however the manager were attentive to the concern. I still trust them to do the job just gotta make sure I double check the next time I leave.

  Update: went to discount tire instead and my warranty covered my tire for me. The guy didn’t even ask me what happen with my tire as I bought inside a flat tire, I got a flat from hitting a gap on wells street silver rock covers me wheel repairs for free for on year as long as it not normal wear and tear.Went in today and Benjamin I believe but whoever was there at 7:30am at the desk was full and just rude to me. He told me he was being hard on me because he heard the same spill about people have insurance on their tires and it doesn’t end up working out but that doesn’t mean you should be hard on me as soon as I walk in.I pay extra to have my wheel repairs for the first year of ownership of my car I just finished a 12 hour shift, everyone got something going on. Have had my car tire replaced and covered by silver rock for the same accident. before there had a great first experience but my 2nd experience was awful. Going to discount tire instead with my tire.

  Very disappointed I was unable to get my oil changed. Also the service I used to call and make my appointment was awful! I made my appointment for 9am and when I arrived they showed 10am and I was told they could only replace my tire sensor and couldn't change my oil. Very disappointed ☹️

  Saved me some money because Discount tire couldn’t do the alignment on my vehicle because the said the bolts on the inner tie rods were too rusted and I needed new inner tie rods. Take my vehicle here to do the alignment and they had no problem doing the alignment.
