  Absolutely loved my experience. The tech Nevin was so friendly and knowledgeable. The process was so smooth and easy they came to my house and were done in about an hour and a half! Highly highly recommended.

  Very bad customer service. The woman who helped us was disrespectful and acted like she didn’t want to help us. She had a bad attitude the whole time and made us feel unwelcome. Definitely not coming back.

  SAFELITE made the process very easy for us. From the very responsive first call to scheduling was all handled very well. They were very flexible, we had it scheduled during first call. They kept me updated even though our install was only 2 days later. They showed up at my house to do the work during the window of time we set. They were very professional and helpful. It took less than 90 minutes and was a breeze!

  Great service and window install. Took the 2 hours they estimated so that's a plus. They did a great job, however, they did leave glue residue on my sun visors and headliner. Hopefully it won't be hard to remove, but with light grey interior, the black marks stand out pretty well. **Update** Reduced to 1 star due to the quality of the work and the install from looking at it from the outside. I had excessive wind noise after driving it thinking my door windows were slightly open bc I had to turn the radio up passed my normal highway speeds. Come to find out, they jacked up the outside trim pieces and it catches wind. Not only that, but my car was pristine until now, they messed up my trim around the windows.

  Extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and customer service. We had an appointment scheduled to have a windshield repaired and were driving over an hour to get there. On the way, we had an unexpected flat tire. My boyfriend called ahead to explain the situation and was told it was perfectly fine to still bring the vehicle in, even though the tire was going flat. Had we been told that a flat tire would prevent the repair, we would have stopped at a tire shop first. Instead, we continued the hour-long trip based on the information provided by your employee. When we arrived, an employee came out, looked at the windshield crack, and told us it would be an easy fix. As we were preparing to leave the vehicle, he came back out and suddenly informed us that the repair could not be done because of the flat tire. We were then told we would need to schedule an entirely new appointment. To make matters worse, my boyfriend purchased a brand-new tire and had it installed right there, yet the windshield was still not repaired. This was especially frustrating considering there appeared to be numerous walk-in customers being helped at the time. The issue isn’t the flat tire it’s the fact that we specifically called ahead, explained the situation, and were given inaccurate information that resulted in wasted time, wasted gas, and an unnecessary hour-long drive. We expected better communication and consideration for customers.
