  Greeted immediately and assisted. Got right in for an issue with the driver seat. Was shown the fix to the issue and out.

  Driving in from out of town, and had a nail get in Tyler in the service shop was prompt, respectful, and professional. Knocked me out in under 30 mins, best Penske interaction I’ve had to date. Thank you, Tyler!!

  I wanted to share the wonderful experience we had with the Penske off Lima road in Fort Wayne Indiana. Alex was the absolute best to work with. He is patient, friendly, extremely professional. His response time was unmatchable. He truly cares about his customers. I would give him a rating of 100 if I could. His team was also very helpful. Give this man a raise because I have dealt with a lot of companies in my time and his service is top notch. You don't find employee's like this every day!   great place to stop if you were in North Manchester Indiana headed to Indianapolis but had to drive to fort Wayne to this location for assistance...
