  Very busy office, the staff and service pick up driver were all very pleasant and efficient during pick up and return. Rental car itself was also in good shape.

  I only rent from this location! I rent from this location every single week for work. Everyone here is so kind and professional!! They all work well together everyone's happy and they treat their customers like family. My daughter has special needs and asks a lot of questions and they are all so patient with her. I had went to this location after having a bad experience at a competitor Budget. Don't waste your time any where else. Seriously it is less hassle and this location always has vehicles ready to go ! Every car I have rented from them has been great with no issues. I had rented a car at another one and the engine almost blew up. You can tell they know what they're doing here. It is not transactional like most places. Also they treat you like a human here with empathy. My personal vehicle wouldn't start and 2 of the employees came to my rescue to jump my car and also even gave me a courtesy ride home. I became a regular customer very quickly and they all know me by name. I can't say thank you enough to the entire staff. I truly mean that. I have a high demanding job and travel for work and renting from the Lima location is like a breath of fresh air compared to others.

  Enterprise employees were very respectful and courteous. This service is budget friendly as well. They were able to accommodate me, last minute, and upgrade to a bigger vehicle. As the one I first chose, would not fit everything we were taking on our trip. I highly recommend using this company. I will definitely use them again on our next vacation.

  Clean building, people were nice. My only bad experience was that Expedia did not say anything about the $300 refundable deposit, so that was a shock, especially on top of my $212 estimate. The car was clean, no dash lights or damages, I didn't feel anything but a smooth glide while driving. Although, the agreement said I was given a full tank of gas, but it wasn't even 1/4 tank.

  Sometimes the cars aren't very clean but the staff is friendly and accommodating. It's a very fast process if you book ahead. 15 minutes in and out at max!
