They made the entire rental process simple and stress-free, and I truly felt like they cared about making sure I had a good experience. Great customer service like this is hard to find. Thank you for making everything so easy—I will definitely be back!

They were so busy when we got there with many customers - likely because it’s the only enterprise open on Sunday and it was a Sunday before a holiday weekend. The staff so so courteous and helpful and clearly doing their best. They checked us in right away but the van was still being cleaned and we waited almost 45 minutes. They gave us a good discount for how long we had to wait. I felt they were very polite to every customer they helped. The van was very clean. Their website says they don’t have after hours drop off but they do! One thing I didn’t know is the rental has to be in the same name as the credit card.
