  This location squedualed my pickup time after closing, on arriving the doors where locked the guy inside waved laughed and walked out. Called the they sent me on a half hour drive to the airport where I had to pay for parking only to be refused service as this location will only accept credit cards, I offered cash check or debit. Called the company back they informed me that I was receiving excellent customer service. This company will not honner the times they give, and will do nothing but waste your time and money in return.

  Every single person I interacted with was extremely helpful and resourceful. I also had a tough request and customer service was not just accommodating but did not charge me an additional fee for dropping off the car in a new location. I will definitely be renting from Enterprise again!

  I rent cars all the time (travel for work most of my career) and often with Enterprise. 99% of the time at an airport so maybe that is why this experience was so different. They were not rude but they were not friendly. They gave me a car that had a trim piece missing between the windshield and door. They didn’t tell me about it and I didn’t walk the car before leaving. I called into customer service- they were very helpful and said they would let the branch know that I was returning to get another car. When I came in they were not at all friendly, didn’t say hi, so I explained and they said they knew the trim piece was missing. They did find me another car but I definitely felt they thought I was out of line. I didn’t complain, but I can tell you I will never rent from enterprise that is not an airport. They use to have a great sales/ customer service training and team- seems like that was the past.

  Went to the enterprise got a vehicle. The receptionist were very helpful. They put me in a 2026 equinox and it drove well. It was very clean and overall I was thoroughly impressed with the Customer Service. They were very patient very gentle and most of all kind 10 out of 10 I definitely recommend.

  It was a terrible experience. I made an online reservation and received a confirmation email with confirmation number 1497378269, instructing me to go to the Fort Wayne Airport location to pick up my vehicle. I arranged transportation to the airport (about 30 km away), and when I arrived, they simply told me the vehicle was not available. They apologized, but said they had no cars. I felt completely misled by their staff. In the end, I was left stranded at the airport with no transportation and no solution. I do not recommend this company at all. They are not reliable, they do not honor their commitments, and they clearly do not care about the inconvenience they cause their customers. I honestly think even one star is too much. (Era una pésima experiencia. Hice una reservación en línea y recibí un correo de confirmación con el número 1497378269, indicándome que debía dirigirme a la sede del Aeropuerto de Fort Wayne para recoger el vehículo. Organicé mi transporte hasta el aeropuerto (unos 30 km), y al llegar simplemente me dijeron que el vehículo no estaba disponible. Se disculparon, pero afirmaron que no tenían autos. Me sentí completamente engañado por su personal. Al final, me dejaron varado en el aeropuerto, sin transporte y sin ninguna solución. No recomiendo en absoluto esta empresa. No es confiable, no cumple sus compromisos y claramente no le importa el perjuicio que causa a sus clientes. Sinceramente, creo que hasta una estrella es demasiado.)
