  The Enterprise location on 9206 Lima Rd, Fort Wayne, IN was amazing to work with! Ryan provided fantastic service and helped us secure a great vehicle for our trip. His communication and assistance throughout the entire process was exceptional. I will definitely choose to work with Ryan and Enterprise again for any future rental car needs.

  One star only because I can't give it a zero. Made a reservation for a minivan. Arrived to pick up and was told because we didn't answer their call they didn't have a minivan available. We didn't have any missed calls at all. When we tried to ask about other locations we were told they couldn't help us because they didn't work there and to call on our own. I called customer service who found a minivan in the same city. They transferred our reservation to the other location. We arrived at the second location only to find out that something else had gone wrong.The customer service employee who transferred our reservation failed to tell us that because the location switched from a city location to an airport location that we now had to have a credit card(not debit card) along with a $400 deposit on top of the rental price. The rental price was already more than $100 more than our original reservation. So not only do we have to pay more than $100 for the same vehicle we had originally reserved at a different location but now we had to pay the deposit as well making our upfront cost change from $380 to $980! All because the first location said they called to verify our reservation and we didn't answer, even though we never received a call from them. I have never been so furious and upset. All of this should not have happened. I made the reservation days ahead of time & we verified the check-in email from Enterprise. On top of it all the first location was very dismissive unapologetic and rude about it all. It honestly felt like it was one of those "sorry about your luck"! They could care less that our reservation was screwed up and had no intention of doing anything to make it better.
