I have rented from Enterprise for over 25 years. This was the first and last time at this location. Regrettingly I spent $1,000 with them on my rental. As much as I dislike AI, I would have much rather dealt with it.

- MWMatthew WhitneyJul 14, 20264.0After the rental breaking down, being given a rental too small to get home my family and our luggage home, trying 3 different enterprises on the east coast and corporate, who couldnt even bother to call back after saying they would help, and splitting the family up into two trips to get home I was done with enterprise and swore id never go back but the guys at one of the fort wayne indiana locations made it right and showed sincere apology which is more than I can say about the east coast locations and the useless corporate help line that cant even bother to call back to tell you they cant help you get home. Over all im highly disappointed with the company as a whole but I will definitely rent from Marcus and Ryan at one of the lima road locations again as they were awsome and tried to do anything and everything to make our mishaps right and keep us as a satisfied customer
