    Extremely misleading information regarding "deposits" over and above the rental costs when I was told there was no deposit necessary because I was paying with a credit card. Absolute denial from the CS person-they are not to be trusted.

    We recently rented through Enterprise and had an excellent experience thanks to the assistant manager, Nico. From start to finish, he was extremely thorough, professional, and helpful. Unfortunately, we ran into an issue with the engine in the vehicle we rented while driving home from our trip. Nico acted immediately with no hesitation and had us safely pull over to the nearest Enterprise location, where he quickly arranged a vehicle swap with absolutely no hassle at all. The entire process was smooth, fast, and stress-free during what could have been a very frustrating situation, especially with tired little ones. Nico was incredibly kind, understanding, and efficient throughout everything. His customer service truly went above and beyond, and because of this experience, we will absolutely continue renting through Enterprise in the future. Nico was a pleasure to work with, and we greatly appreciate all of his help! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
