  Horrible experience! This location needs to put a disclaimer that without a flight itinerary you must have a credit card and that a debit card will not suffice. I needed to have a vehicle returned on Sunday in the evening time which is why this location was the overall pick. After booking days in advance I get to this location to find that I have to have a credit card when I choose not to carry credit cards. First the gentleman at the desk ask me what type of SUV I wanted, when I was offered a Jeep Wrangler, he shut it down and said it's going to be raining that's not a good choice (where I'll be traveling the forecast has no rain) and forced me into the only other option. This was completely pointless and a bit ignorant. At this point I had moments to race to the nearest location, based off of the information in which he gave me, but when I called the location (since they supposedly had way more vehicles than any other Enterprise in the area aside from the airport based off of what the gentleman told me), I found that they in fact had absolutely no vehicles left. So I raced over to another side of town with 6 minutes to spare before close and all they had left was a minivan that would have cost a bit more. I have no choice but to get to a location tomorrow on a Saturday before they close at noon, arriving at 9:00 a.m. to get a vehicle and have it dropped off Sunday at the airport location since they can receive the vehicle's past noon into the evening time. At that point I will then have to come out of pocket for a cab ride back over to the other rental location that has a vehicle, that actually takes debit cards, to pick my personal vehicle back up. My girls and I should be leaving by 6:00 a.m. to meet itinerary specific pre-booked times, so now that won't happen. I have booked hotels and excursions and now we will not be arriving until upwards of 4 hours later and at an additional cost. I would give this location a one star but I don't feel as though it's necessarily the employee's fault for the lack of a disclaimer so I'll give this place a two. I'm confused as to why if I have a debit card and I'm willing to put an additional $400 plus deposit against it why it even matters. I've been an Enterprise customer for years and this has been hands down the worst experience from a car rental place I've ever experienced by a long shot. I will also add that while on the phone going to the location that had been closing moments later I was on the phone with a representative who claimed that the same type vehicle was there and when I got there it was not and all they had was that minivan. Overall I had multiple bad experiences in the span of 30 minutes through multiple issues with either Enterprise as a whole or employees. You guys need to do a better job. i.e moving forward I would highly suggest you put a disclaimer because not everybody rolls around with a credit card and that's their prerogative, and folks like myself may be trying to book vehicles based on weekend availability. I would have had this all worked out and booked somewhere else saving me time and money had this information been available.
