  Amazing! I have never had to call a tow truck before, but when my car wouldn't start on a Saturday morning, I had no choice. I assumed a flatbed would be necessary to get my car to the repair shop. The driver arrived incredibly quickly and, before towing my car, took the time to see if he could get it started. He was able to jump the battery, and the car started right up! Because the repair shop was just around the corner, I was able to drive it there myself rather than needing a tow. I was especially impressed by his kindness and willingness to help me avoid an unnecessary expense. He easily could have simply towed the vehicle, but instead he took the extra time to help me get back on the road. That kind of customer service and genuine kindness is commendable. Thank you for sending someone who was not only professional and efficient, but also genuinely looking out for the customer. I truly appreciated it!

  Gadi at Blue Eagle Towing was absolutely fantastic! He came out, diagnosed the issue with my car in about five minutes, and was able to get it started so I could drive it to the dealership instead of having to pay for a tow. He was fast, friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful during a very stressful situation. I really appreciate him going above and beyond to help me out. Highly recommend Gadi and Blue Eagle Towing!

  Went to the office today to retrieve some of my ex's belongings from a vehicle that had been towed a few months prior. I know he has been blowing up the girls in the office & can be quite a "challenge" to deal with, so I was expecting the worst. When I arrived, Lauren greeted me so empathicly and knew exactly what vehicle I was looking for. It was blocked from the cameras by a larger vehicle, so she went out and found it for me, and even helped me retrieve the items from a broken back hatch! She went above and beyond in my opinion, was kind and understanding, and made the whole experience a breeze. Thank you so much, Lauren and Blue Eagle!!!

  We broke down on Sunday morning at the intersection of State in Lima road. We got a hold of our insurance that got a hold of Blue eagle. The driver's name was Sierra she is extremely good, very professional, and was notably fast at what she did but conscious about everything job wise. She exceeded expectations of what we have encountered it with the other towing services. She was also extremely polite, proactive and knowledgeable of her job. We found out she was only 2 months into her job but acted as if she had years of experience and it showed.
