  Had to have our car towed to the shop today. Used Blue Eagle and they were great. Amber set up an appointment right away. Tow truck got here in about 20 min, the driver Adam was very respectful and professional, and was very careful with our car. Definitely recommend them if you need a tow. Very pleasant to work with.

  AAA+++ If I have another Semi with issues ANYWHERE near this area this is the tow company that will get my call. Start to finish it has been mine and my drivers best experience with a tow company to date. Tow Truck was on site in less than 30 minutes of the call VERY professional operator. Price well beyond reasonable for the time of day the call was made in fact it was beyond reasonable for normal business hour charges and the call was made after 6pm

  I’m only giving two stars because the first tow guy who came to give us a jump used his machine and it killed are battery a lot they he called the shop and they sent somebody else out to help he tried his best and couldn’t get it to start but me and my fiancée we appreciate both the guys who came out to try and help with are battery problem I just want to update you guys and ladies when you sent the tow truck not one but two tow trucks to help My Fiancée me and my mom at the Glenbrook mall in the 2011 Kia optima when the tow guys used the battery cables to try and jump the car they actually blew are starter in are car we had 7 different business people take a look at it I just want to say is there anyway we can get are money back that we paid also not only did we get the car towed but the guy ended up helping someone else at the same time.

  Today I called Blue Eagle Towing ecause my SUV overheated and wouldn’t drive. I called them to come to the car back to my house in New Haven from the north side of Fort Wayne. They said they’d be there in 40 minutes and they were. They loaded up the car and tow it back to the house and put it in the driveway as I had asked. They put it on one side of the driveway as close to the garage door as possible and straight. I was super impressed. Especially because I wasn’t even home when the car was dropped off. My driveway is not easy to get into with a tow truck. I have now experienced three different companies trying to get cars into and out of my driveway. The last two times was blue eagle and they are just amazing at their driving capabilities. The drivers are also super nice. Nonjudgmental. Careful. And skilled at driving, I won’t be calling anybody else for my towing needs blue eagle is might go to company from now on. They also have the best price in town.
