  Suggestion for better customer service - When I make an appointment, I expect it to be at that time or be informed that you're running behind. If you let your customers know when they get there, they at least know what kind of wait to expect. 7 employees are in the lobby area as I'm leaving this review and waiting., 4 of which have tech shirts on. I'm not getting a good impression. Sitting here getting more upset because my car is still sitting 45 minutes later, leads to a bad review. My time is important to me. Appointments are not a priority here.

  I took my car in Monday evening for an unexpected flat tire. On the phone they told us to bring it in the next 10 mins and they could take care of it that day. I get there in 10 mins and they all act like we never had the conversation that they could fix it that day. They were upset they had to stay over past close (10 mins). Tuesday my car goes into limp mode and has an ABS issue. Never had that before. I called the guy at the store he says to bring it in and we’ll get it looked at. I get there and he tells me I need to pay for them to fix the issue they caused.🙄 Would never recommended this place to anyone!

  i regularly get my oil changed at this location, and on the off chance i have a nail in my tire, they help out if they're not too busy. they get me in and out quicker than the dealership, and are very nice, especially the Assistant Manager.

  10 out of 10 service!!! Very professional, informative, and helpful. The manager is top tier, cares about customers and making sure they leave safely. All 4 tires, cleaned my rims, and an alignment done in less than an hour on a busy Saturday.... Def future return customer. Great job guys thank you!

  Outside of new tires and getting a plug n patch STAY AWAY FROM BELLE TIRE!!! I have tried two locations and this company is not customer friendly.Every time I get a simple oil change someone comes out with a paper and something extra needs done. $900 repair and it’s urgent. Then will “cut you a deal” and take off $200. Why was $900 the initial price then?? Tried to charge me $117 to replace TWO FILTERS. Ordered the filters myself, $42. Handed me two papers and tried to get $350 out of me, when I just needed an oil change. Something is always “wrong” with my car when I go into Belle tire. It’s disgusting how much they break a sweat trying to pull $1,000 out of every person that walks through the door but can’t put equal psi in tires and make people wait over an hour for a service that should be routine. I’ve been going to Belle tire for 3 years and gotten equal psi in my tires twice. I won’t be getting my next set of tires from this company. Now I have to find somewhere else to get oil changes. Disappointed is understatement.
