- BMBreanna MullinsJun 30, 20265.0I got a flat tire turning in to the hospital to visit a family member. I called here and a few other places. They had the best price and customer service. When I called, I talked to an actual person who worked at this location, not someone in a call center (other tire stores are now doing this). Despite them being busy, they were able to work me in for 4 new tires. They didn’t try to oversell. They made a stressful situation (and day!) much easier. We will absolutely be back!

I’ve tried scheduling two appointments first for brakes and now for an AC repair. The first time it never gave me a confirmation, kept on trying, no email, no text. Called them about it and they got upset I had set up like 3 appointments because, how was I supposed to know it worked? There was no confirmation after the call about the appointment either. They were upset, said trust the process next time, so I did and ended up at the store without an appointment. It’s a 30 minute drive for us. If I’m paying for a place that is relatively more expensive than others, their systems better work. Customer service is important.
