  I scheduled to have 4 new tires, 4 new sensors, and new front brakes which cost over $2,100. After I showed up and waited for an hour for the work to be started at the Auburn, Indiana location, they refused to work on my truck because my rear tires a have a one inch spacer. They said it was a company wide thing that they can’t put new tires on a rim if they attach to a spacer. It’s very aggravating to be refused service because of something that was on the truck before purchasing. There are loads of other companies who have no problem with doing the work. I plan to express my deepest disappointment about this company with everyone in public and on social media. A company that puts itself above its customers is a poor business.

  I ordered four tires from Belle Tire’s website on 7/8/26 and scheduled a noon appointment for the next day. Later that same day, I received a call saying their vendor only had two of the four tires. I was assured the remaining tires would arrive Friday, and to be safe, I scheduled for Saturday. I arrived at 11:45 for my noon appointment and spoke with Elena. She confirmed the tires were in, everything was good, and the install would take about an hour and a half. I specifically asked if there were any issues — she said no. I took an Uber home. Forty‑five minutes later, I got a call saying one of the tires was defective. I reminded them that I asked if everything was good and was told yes. I chose to leave my old tires on and return when all four were available. Elena said they “just needed to put them back on.” at this point, I said leave the new ones on and I’ll just come down and get the car. When I arrived 20 minutes later, my car was still in the air with no wheels on. Elena then said there was an issue with the balancer. I waited another 45 minutes. Fast forward to Tuesday — the appointment they scheduled — and I was told my car would be “next.” When I asked for a time estimate, Tyler said it wouldn’t take hours, which wasn’t exactly reassuring given everything that had already happened. The remaining tire took 50 minutes to install, and then I was told by Gavin there would be an additional wait to get my alignment checked. After the amount of time I had already wasted across multiple visits, I declined. This entire experience has been nothing but delays, miscommunication, and wasted time. Multiple trips and hours spent waiting because Belle Tire couldn’t manage inventory, scheduling, or basic communication. Extremely disappointing.
