  They will book you an appointment, but don’t expect them to start at that time ! I arrived early,( just to make sure ) 45 minutes later ! My vehicle hasn’t been touched ! I’ll tell you that is a major red flag concerning their true feelings about customers !

  I had ordered Headlights for my truck to be delivered to this location. I was told they wouldn’t fit. Lucas realized that my truck had a additional wiring harness that was installed by the previous owner of my truck. Ge was so thorough and got me up and running. I cannot thank him enough for taking the extra step to figure this out!!!! Highly recommended them!!!!!! Thank you Lucas and Paxton!!!

  DO NOT EVER USE THEIR WEBSITE TO SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT!!! Why even have that option if it is useless?? I scheduled an appointment to replace 4 tires. I arrived at the correct time on the correct date that I scheduled. They told me the truck has not arrived with my tires yet and should be there soon, so I decided to wait. I needed to get these done because I am traveling a long distance the next day so this appointment was perfect. Or so I thought. After 10 minutes of waiting the guy comes to me and says the company who delivers the tires is having a hard time getting a driver today, sure buddy, and then says that they don't even have the tires I wanted anywhere around. I then asked if they had any tire that would fit my vehicle and of course the only ones the had were twice the price that I already paid. The really screwed me here because yes I got my money back but it's a holiday weekend so banks are closed and won't get my money till Monday. This is the worst tire place I have ever been to. I recommend going somewhere else!

  i went to grt my tired aligned and they said i had to replace my wheel barrings too which was 1,000 dollars. I took it down the street and they did my alignment for cheaper and never said anything about this supposed issue Belle Tire did. They are greedy and try to scam more money out of customers do not go here.

  Returned my keys and didn’t mention damage to the rear bumper. I went back in immediately and asked for the manager to look at it. He took a picture and said they were going to pull camera footage then call me. Which they did not. Absolute joke had to call corporate and wouldn’t you guess they gave me the run around. Been a month and still nothing. Garbage service. I’d drive to Costco ( no membership needed great prices ) or tire city before I’d let them have one of my vehicles again
