  I’ve been coming here for a few years now it’s been steadily getting more expensive for the basic wash now it’s $13. And the last few times I’ve been here the vacuum cleaners barely work to the point that there’s no point in coming back until I get a message that they’re fixed. This was a giant waste of money tonight.

  I recently visited this local car wash and let me tell you it was a truly wheel-y great experience. From the moment I arrived it felt like I was entering a romantic movie scene but instead of star crossed lovers it was me and my trusty car on a quest for the perfect shine. And Reece with his helpful demenor warm perfect smile and enthusiastic approach turned a routine car wash into a journey of automotive affection. It was as if he whispered sweet nothings to me and my car as they pampered it to perfection. If you want your car to feel loved and cherished this whistle is the place to be. It's a experience you won't forget

  Got the Protect Wash for my Toyota Camry and couldn't be happier. Peyton was awesome she had a great attitude, helped me get set up on the app at the pay station, and even told me about the free air fresheners. The wash did a great job and my Camry came out shining. Honestly Peyton made the whole experience way better than I expected from a car wash. Give that woman a raise

  1 Star I had a terrible experience with Whistle Express Car Wash and would strongly caution anyone with a truck equipped with power running boards. Before entering the wash, I manually extended my running boards, something I have done every single time I’ve used this car wash. I did so in plain view of employees, and at no point did anyone tell me this was prohibited or unsafe. There were also no signs, warnings, or instructions advising customers not to extend their running boards before entering the wash. During the wash, the equipment ripped the running boards off my vehicle, causing significant damage. After filing a claim, the company denied responsibility, claiming there was no equipment failure or employee error and stating that running boards are not covered under their policy. What is most frustrating is the complete lack of accountability. If extended running boards are a known risk, why are there no warnings? Why do employees allow vehicles to enter the wash in that condition without saying anything? And how can a car wash claim its equipment is functioning properly when it causes enough force to tear parts off a vehicle? Instead of standing behind their service and helping resolve the situation, they simply denied the claim and left me responsible for the damage. Customer service offered no meaningful assistance and showed little interest in addressing the concerns I raised. Based on my experience, I will not be returning and cannot recommend this car wash to others.
