- SHShaina Hawkins5 days ago5.0Had membership years ago, and canceled it when ownership/name changed because service took a dive. We visited today, and meet the newest GM. Super friendly, very informative, and has tool notice of the issues from previous mgmt. He has made a ton of improvements (like the poor suction on the vacuums), and even added extra free amenities like dog treats, suckers, waters, and Popsicles. They have a great pricing plan now. I'd recommend checking them out again sometime!

Today I went expecting the same old car wash that bangs the car around, doesn’t actually touch my tires (a service I pay extra for with the Silver Shine but rarely got) and with little to no blow drying power. I was very pleasantly surprised to see Reece at the front, as the machine read my membership tag (with ease I might add!), asking if I’ve ever had any issues. Well yes, yes I have, but nobody to ever ask or care about them before. Reece let me know it’s under new management (HIM) & today the car wash worked seamlessly!! It was a smooth ride, blow dryers worked amazing & I felt my tires actually touched. And he also let my little girls choose some suckers before we went through! I usually don’t give reviews unless I had a bad experience (guilty) but today was one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a while and I have to let it be known! Thank you, Reece!
