  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I want to recognize Geoff, the store manager at AutoZone, for providing exceptional customer service. I recently visited the store because I was having battery issues. A team member tested my battery and determined it needed to be replaced. Because the battery in my vehicle is located in the floorboard, store policy prevented them from installing it, but they provided tools so I could attempt the replacement myself. After watching a YouTube video and trying to do the job, I quickly realized none of the tools I had would work. I returned the tools to the store feeling defeated. That's when Geoff stepped in. He immediately offered to help, brought the new battery out to my car, and within minutes had it installed and working perfectly. What impressed me most was not just that he helped, but the kindness, patience, and professionalism he showed throughout the entire experience. In a world where genuine customer service seems harder and harder to find, Geoff is a shining example of what it should look like. This was actually my second positive experience with Geoff. A few weeks earlier, he helped me during another visit and again went above and beyond. It's clear that he genuinely cares about customers and takes pride in his work. Thank you, Geoff, for turning a stressful situation into a positive one. You were truly my angel today, and AutoZone is fortunate to have you representing their company. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Way to go, Geoff! 👏🚗🔋

  Josh helped me get my truck running this morning when I was concerned it was having a major issue. Turned out just to be the alternator. But he was patient and helped me out until we figured out the issue Couldn’t be happier!

  If I could give a zero star I would... Took my side post battery in to be tested and it was dead dead. They asked if I wanted to see if they could charge it I said sure. Ticket was created in the system on my account, but no paper was given to me (my own stupidity). Called back 3 hours later to check on said battery and allegedly can't find it. They say someone came in and asked for my exact battery and closed my ticket out. I legit talked to noone between dropping it off and calling back. They say all they can do is take a core charge off a new battery for me. PS my battery was still under free replacement warranty. Never going here again.

  Victor was a Great helping me figure out why my check engine light was on and what type of new battery I needed for my car. He went through all my options with me and explained everything in detail he was awesome.
