  I went Monday evening for an oil change and unfortunately they didn’t have my oil filter because it’s a special order filter. The manager apologized for the inconvenience and let me know that he’d personally get my filter for me and that I could come back the next day to have my oil changed. He also provided me with a coupon since I had to come back. This was not needed but definitely appreciated. I returned this morning and both employees were very professional, personable, and pleasant to work with. My husband and I have both been coming to the Floyds Knobs location for a few years now but this great service and the manager going above and beyond to get my filter and provide great customer service really shows why we will keep coming back for years to come! Thank you so much!

  The two employees that took care of us today are an asset to the company. Very professional and corteous, unlike the other quick oil change spots, looking at you Valvoline 👀

  Fastest oil change I’ve ever gotten. Employees were polite, friendly, and informative. And I got a free car freshie at the end of my visit. Will definitely return for future oil changes.
