  I had an excellent experience at this Valvoline Instant Oil Change location and wanted to give a major shout out to Gregory and the entire team, including William and Matt. Everyone was professional, efficient, and welcoming from start to finish. Gregory especially stood out. He was personable, funny, knowledgeable, and made the entire experience feel comfortable instead of stressful. We bonded over both having lived in Alabama after he noticed my Alabama license plate, which made the visit feel very genuine and personal instead of transactional. What impressed me most was the attention to detail and honesty. My air filters had apparently never been changed because I had previously been told they were too difficult to access. Gregory made sure they were replaced, and once they showed me the old filters, I was shocked. They were almost completely black. I appreciated them taking the time to explain everything without pressure. They also made sure my tire air pressure was checked and set correctly, which I really appreciated because that is something a lot of places overlook. They completed my oil change, maintenance checks, fluids, filters, and everything else incredibly fast while still being thorough. I was able to get everything done during my lunch break and still be in and out quickly. That level of efficiency and customer service is hard to find. This was one of the best experiences I’ve had getting my car serviced, and I absolutely recommend this location and team.

  I went to this location for an oil change today. My car uses a very common euro synthetic oil and they didn’t have enough of it to complete my change. They went above and beyond for me and found another location which did have my oil. They also put air in my tires for Me before I left at no charge. Everyone was so nice and accommodating.

  Staff was fast, efficient and friendly. Good communication with crew and I wasn't kept waiting long at all. Great work and thorough overview of my services. I've been going to this location on and off for almost 30 years. Thanks!

  William took care of me today. Very knowledgeable, answered all my questions and did all this with a joyful enthusiastic spirit. This was by far my best service. The environment and cohesivness of the employees is unmatched. This is the type of service to guarantee repeat customers thank you and give William a raise lol.

  After going to this place about three times now, I would highly recommend them. There's sometimes a little bit of a wait, but it's a reflection of their quality. They're always professional staff with good recommendations and excellent work product.
