  I had an outstanding experience with Enterprise Car Rental on Ford Drive in Fishers! Everyone on the team was incredibly helpful, welcoming, and professional from start to finish. The pickup and drop-off process was quick, easy, and completely hassle free no wasted time at all. The staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of, and their excellent customer service made the entire experience stress free. If I could give them more than 5 stars, I absolutely would! Thank you all for your amazing support and help. I highly recommend this Enterprise location to anyone looking for a smooth and friendly car rental experience.

  Our Ford Explorer was being worked on at Don Hines, and they lined up a rental car for us through enterprise. Enterprise told us that they did not have any cars available the day that the rental was booked, but would have one the next day. When we called the next day to pick up our car, enterprise said that they did not have a car for us and did not know when they would have one. Enterprise never informed the dealer that they were not able to give us a car, so the dealer had no idea that we were without a rental. When we reached out to the dealer again, Don Hines told us that Enterprise had to provide us with a car since they had not informed the dealer that they were unable to. After informing enterprise of this, they told us that they could give us a car. When we arrived, the only car they would give us was a Nissan Versa that was missing a hubcap. I explained that we were told that our rental car would be comparable to the car that we had in the shop, and they told us that this was the only car they were able to offer us despite there being multiple cars on the lot. Despite being in contact with them for two days, they also waited until five minutes before closing to decide to help us, so it was too late to go to any other rental car place. We were very unhappy with our experience and the lack of communication on the part of enterprise.
