  Thank you Kam for the great hospitality! I got my vehicle quickly and also the return process was very quickly. He anticipated my needs and after parking he came out and took care of the return in less than 5 minutes. Thank you I’ll be renting again

  I booked premium suv awd from corporate account and got reservation confirmed on June16 2026 for July 2 pickup to July 13 drop almost more than 10 Days tour. I called to local office and national helpdesk as well on June20 and requested them to hold big suv like Waggoner, expedition etc as mentioned on website for mine reservation and they said yes we will hold car. Now few hours before they are saying no premium suv is available and there is only pacifica . They promised to send someone to pick as well but no one came as well. When my friend called them they said it is available one day back so it means they intended to avoid corporate discounts booking. Please be aware if you have corporate booking discount applied . It’s pathetic service by them. They ruined entire plan of long weekend. One star is mandatory and this is first review of one star in my recent history.

  A couple of months ago, I reserved a Ford Transit 15-passenger van through the Enterprise app for my brother’s bachelor party trip to Gatlinburg. I needed something large enough to transport a group of guys so I booked it through their app like I usually do. I received a confirmation email with my correct name, phone number, and email listed on the reservation. On the day of pickup, I received an email saying my reservation had been canceled. I called, assuming it may have been a mistake. After about 30 minutes, I finally spoke with an associate who told me the reservation was canceled because I had not confirmed it. He then tried to transfer me to the manager, but the call was dropped instead. When I called back, I was told they had tried calling the phone number on file, but the number they read back to me was not mine. I checked both my confirmation email and my Enterprise app profile, and both showed my correct phone number. Because of this, I spent the next 2–3 hours trying to find another vehicle large enough for our trip, but I was unsuccessful. This completely disrupted our plans and caused a lot of unnecessary stress. After this experience, I will not be returning to Enterprise. And I would strongly encourage anyone who doesn't want to risk losing their reservation on the day of pickup to look elsewhere.

  I’ve rented at this Enterprise 3 times, twice through Insurance and once for personal use. The vehicle(s) were clean, had no smoke/bad interior odors, and were in good mechanical condition. The staff was always friendly and efficient.
