It is not just Enterprise that makes me rent here. It’s the management at the Fishers Landing Dr location that is phenomenal. They run the store well, are extremely customer friendly and teach the new associates to act in the same manner. This location is the best I have ever been to and I always try to rent from here whenever possible. You should give them all a raise or bonus because they are the reason I continue to come back.

Gage, my consultant throughout the process, was great from start to finish. She was able to work with my situation and made sure I was taken care of. Never had a bad experience with Enterprise thanks to people like her ❤️

I was very satisfied with the enterprise representative. I had a few questions that were answered and the representative made sure, I was satisfied with everything.

I have regularly rented vehicles from this location, and its convenient proximity to my home makes pickup and drop-off easy. More importantly, the staff is outstanding. Gage, the location manager, is always friendly, professional, and helpful. I appreciate the excellent service I consistently receive from Gage and her team. They make every rental experience easy and enjoyable, and I’m always happy to do business with them.

Terrible service. Had a reservation for a car via insurance claim. As I drove to the door the employees locked the door posting a sign that they would be gone 15 minutes. I didn’t have 15 minutes to wait figured I’d come next day. Called in the morning to verify reservation. Was on hod for 40 minutes finally hung up and drove to the store. They could find no record and said they could set me up on personal pay until I got a number from the insurance company. I left and will not be back.
