  Didn't put the cap back on my wifes car after service. By how it was threaded in, you can tell they didn't pay any attention. Tried calling them multiple times during buisness hours, straight to voicemail after getting through their AI. Check engine light now on to go with the mess I have to clean.

  The oil change was fast. My issue, once I got home and read the papers....I was supposed to have an 18pt inspection. That never happened. How much else never happened I wonder now.

  I’m only leaving this because they didn’t put my oil pain shield guard on all the way and it was dragging. Causing damage and costing me money to get it fixed and put back in place as I live over a hour away. I’ve always come here every few months for oil change and first issues I’ve had but it’s not caused damage and is costing me money. I tried to get a hold of the store and called numerous times with no response. Please make sure all employees are more careful in the future so no one else has to deal with this.

  I have an active Corporate Claim (#CS2882122) regarding life-threatening negligence, yet I am being ghosted and hung up on by management. If you value your life or your family’s safety, STAY AWAY from this Valvoline. We are currently filing a formal case with the Indiana Attorney General and NHTSA after a series of life-threatening errors and a total lack of corporate accountability. We were released from the Burkhardt Rd location with a tire inflated to 60 PSI—nearly double the 33 PSI manufacturer limit for my vehicle. This creates an immediate risk for a high-speed blowout or belt separation. After reviewing the official receipt from this visit, it states his tires were checked and set to 33 PSI. This is a documented lie. A tire does not gain 27 PSI over 2,600 miles; the technician falsified the safety check and sent him onto the highway in a dangerous vehicle. How did we find out? Well, This month we visited the west evansville location that confirmed the 60 PSI reading in writing during a routine oil change and tire check. Then, we went for a second opinion from Discount Tire which further proved the overinflation caused significant, uneven tread wear (measuring 7/32" instead of the 9/32" Valvoline claimed). After opening Claim #CS2882122, we spoke with Area Manager Kaitlyn. Not only did she refuse to take responsibility, but she told me something along the lines of Valvoline employees are not tire professionals, to justify why they won't fix the damage they caused. When we informed her we would be escalating this to the Attorney General, she stated she was "not interested in continuing the call" and hung up on me. ​Valvoline would rather hang up on a customer than admit they faked safety records and endangered a family. UPDATE: This is in response to the reply they left about the "management team has addressed this" Comment. this issue has NOT been 'addressed'—it was silenced. ​the Customer Service Rep and area manager simultaneously hung up on me, abruptly ending the call. ​Claiming this is 'addressed' while ignoring a life-threatening safety error and hanging up on a customer is deceptive. If you value your safety and professional service, look elsewhere.
