Took my car in for an oil change with no issues, 12 hours later there is steam billowing out of my hood. Took it to a shop, they find a crack in the coolant reservoir right below the return hose where they said “it looks like maybe somebody just leaned on it” then proceeded to quote me nearly $600 to replace it with similar quotes at every other shop I’ve called. Sometimes the convenience of a quick oil change isn’t worth the risk of the carelessness that comes with it, as they have denied any responsibility for the issue that didn’t exist before they opened my hood and is now preventing me from getting to work every day.

They changed the oil, cabin air filter, replaced my rear wiper, and replaced a headlight. All in one place with no appointment and in like 20 minutes. Also, they checked and filled my tires and when I left I checked the pressure and all four tires were the same PSI. I know that sounds like a weird flex but the last "garage" that I used had my lowest tire 9 lbs lower than the highest tire with the other 2 somewhere in between. Whaaaaat? These guys knew their job and got it done. Felt great and I wont hesitate to go back.

The manager then called the fellow manager at Green River road location and sent me that way. Every member of the team was extremely helpful and polite with a great attitude. I have now been to 3 locations in the Evansville area. Though the one on Burkhardt is my usual go to location for oil changes I can say I have never met an employee that didn’t make me feel like I was receiving the best service out there. This has kept me coming back for the past few years.
